We are regulars here and enjoy it very much. It helps us survive winter. The park is a good size, with trampolines separated by age, 3 warrior zones, foam pit to practice flips, 2 dodgeball courts, basketball, and a running ramp. They have drinks and snacks, decent seating, cubbies or lockers, and cater to groups, parties and kids camps. It can be very busy on weekends with multiple birthday groups. They will close off sections of the park for private groups. Parking can get full at such times. We appreciate it when we get a good dodgeball referee from the staff. Staff are generally relaxed and helpful. Glow on Friday and Saturday nights is pretty cool. They have a DJ and fluorescent lights. Fun! My only minor complaint is the overwhelming washroom smell when you first enter the building. The washrooms are downstairs from the entrance. They're reasonably kept, considering all of the families who come through. Overall my family is a fan of this spot and recommend it to everyone. read more

It is quite rare that I give a bad rating for a business, but when I do, it's for good reason. We've been to the sky zone in Vaughan, and it was a great experience. A large venue, and staff who cared to engage in crowd control. This location is much smaller and pure pandemonium! Kids running amock, with no supervision from staff. Too many people are allowed in at once, and it's not safe! Everyone should be jumping on their own trampoline, not running into others! I would never return to this location, unless they limited the number of guests, and actually supervised what is going on! read more

Me and my family live this place the only complaint I have is that it's out of control, kids running on your trampolines, hogging stuff, not following simple rules. I couldn't imagine how many times kids have ran onto my kids trampoline mid-flip leading to them getting hurt. I rarely see the toddler zone getting used by toddlers, all of them are running around out of control, my kids end up playing in the toddler zone just because it was empty. Still fun. read more

I took my child for the day and paid with my debit card on April 2nd, 2023. There was no agreement to a membership but they proceeded to withdraw funds from my account each month until I caught the withdrawal. After reaching out, they claimed that I had signed an agreement and emailed me a PDF document. There was no signature on the 8 page document. That is because I NEVER signed such an agreement. I have disputed the transactions and got all my money back thanks to my bank. I have read review of others who have had this unfortunate experience. I am WARNING others to be vigilant and check you bank statements. It's a shame that establishments like this have to rob people to make money. read more

Trampoline + dodgeball = being a kid all over again We all remember playing dogdeball during elementry school, if you don't, it's probably b/c you got hit too many times in the head playing the game. This place takes dodgeball to the next level by adding a trampoline. You're either thinking two things before you start, hella great time or hell of alot of injuries just waiting to happen. Fortunately no one got seriously injured but I will tell you that you can easily roll an ankle on the trampoline b/c I did. I came to this place for a birthday party, there was 20 ppl which came out to $20 per person for 1 hour of fun. It is best to make a reservation that way you and your crew have the one area to yourself and don't have to worry about randoms joining in. The dodgeball court consists of 12 trampolines on the ground and then trampolines and nets on the side to bounce off of or to catch you from falling off. Jumping on those trampolines is an absolute workout and then when you add the dodgeball aspect to it, it is just insanely exhausting. Besides the dodgeball arena there are foam pits you can jump into via trampoline to practice all your flips and gymnastic abilities. When I first heard about this place, the first thing I though of was slamball, trampoline basketball. The guy there said that they are unsure if they are going to add it to their facility but if enough people ask for it it will most likely happen. We booked a child's birthday here and it was stated in the contract that we get a party room. We got no such room. Not even close. We got two tables in the foyer right beside the stairs, people continually walked thru our party to go down the stairs, to the point that my sister and I had to stand guard like a bouncer so strangers did not go thru our party- again I need to state it is clearly written in their description that you get a " party room " for an hour after the jumping- I also booked the mega party. We had about 10 minutes to set up (our table- not room) and we pretty much rushed out at the exact hour mark. I called and spoke to one manager after the event and was told they could at least refund our tickets. I never received a refund and followed up a few days later. At that point another manager replied to my email and informed me she would look into it and that the first manager and I had agreed upon did not happen...a week has passed and I again send an email to check on the status of the inquiry and this time I did not even get a reply. I do not recommend birthday parties here at all, they do not stand up to their party descriptions and you most likely will be paying to sit at a picnic table in their foyer. Customer service and follow up is terrible and ppl really need to stop blaming everything on COVID, if you are running a business at least provide the services people are paying you for. It was also dirty, to the point the kids didn't even want to go to the bathroom :-( which I have absolutely no idea how they get away with it with the current business hygiene protocols. Celebrated my son's birthday here. It was awful. They ran out of all colors of table cloths except pink! My seven year old would never have forgiven me, so we opted for no table cloths. They have a bigger version of a park table and bench in aluminum. It was disappointing. We ran out of pizza and weren't able to re-order any through them as they said it would take too long and since we weren't allowed to bring in outside food, it left us no options! When I was paying my final bill, the cashier reminded my party host to give me the free-visit passes for all the guests (part of the package), but my guests had already left ( I presume the host's friends have received plenty of free passes that were "forgotten"). I was here for a birthday party, organized by friends who just turned 26 this year. We were a group of 15 people. But we didn't have a reservation. PROCEDURE: - if you'd like to play dodgeball, you SHOULD book in advance - otherwise (this is what we did), we drop in... and hope that the dodgeball "arenas" (there are 2) are available. If one is available, and if there are LESS kids (like.. SMALL kids), then you're allowed to play dodgeball. A very random suggestion from a friend to do trampoline dodgeball and this place is awesome! The parking lot is really cramped and gets packed since there's a floor hockey thing that shares the same lot and building. Once you walk into the foyer, you'll notice a crazy stench like a nuclear bomb of sweat. But no worries, just dash for the dodgeball court that is to the right after you enter the doors. The line up to register and pay took longer than I expected but I guess it wasn't a big deal. If you can, try to change before going to this place because there are no change room and if you try to change in the washroom, it is a little filthy. But after all that, the fun begins. The shoes are a little wet since it is sprayed with anti-bacterial cleanser; this is a good thing if you don't mind your feet feeling a little soggy. After you put on these super cool blue jumping shoes, staff waste 0 amount of your time and you just get on the trampoline and jump jump. There are some no brainer house rules so make sure you follow them! If you're lucky, you get do some pick up dodgeball which they have a designated trampoline for. You play with random mix and match group so you never feel left out or anything if you're foreveralone. The price was reasonable. We opt for 60min of tramp time for $14 which includes tax and shoe rental. They can easily charge more for tramp time and shoe rental seperately if they wanted to. I'd recommend this place for anyone that wants to try something new. Don't worry about a jumping with a billion kids, it's a place for all size and ages. Another day, another groupon. Of course everyone loves the idea of trampolines, bouncing and all that. To start, we had to wait (had just missed the start of a session), so we had an hour to kill. We decided to have some espresso - it. was. awful. It tasted like burning garbage. I figured that a trampoline park wouldn't do great espresso, but I didn't think I would want to throw up. Anyways - don't bother with it! The trampoline part was fun, but I really think it would be better to have times for adults and times for kids. It isn't very fun to be bouncing around, while you've got kids flying off the walls, screaming and trying to shove you off into the middle trampolines so they can have the cool side ones. Also, trampolining for an hour starts to get a bit boring and redundant. There are only so many ways you can jump/fall/bounce off the tops and bottoms. We ended up leaving about halfway in. This place was incredibly fun. Only thing that stinks about it was no double bouncing :( Fair enough though. They have to keep things as safe as possible and if you're not with a party, you're in an area that could be filled with kids. That being said there was still quite a bit of area that you can jump around in and off walls. The staff was really nice and helpful. I was going to buy 2 hours worth of jumping but they told me for now, only get at max, 1 hour because I'd be tired? Well, they were right, after 20 minutes, I was gassed. I went over to the area where you jump into a pile of foam blocks to slow down and more or less rest. The power went out when I had 20 minutes of jumping left and immediately the staff told us that we will either get reimbursed or get a voucher that will give us another half hour another time. I went to SkyZone for the first time last week as part of a company event. I really did not know what to expect, but it ended up being a whole lot of fun! ...and a whole lot of aching for the next two days. ;) It was that night when we had the bad rain/storm storm so half our party was late, but the staff were quite accommodating. We still got our full hour, even though we started half an hour late. One of the staff was always with us. He explained all the rules and also acted as a referee during our dodgeball games. He was nice and friendly. Honestly, I did not realize how tiring trampolining is until I stepped onto the trampoline, and then adding dodgeball to that intensifies the amount of energy you need in order to play...for a whole hour. But it was really fun! It gets really tiring, but I kept wanting to play because it's not every day you can play dodgeball on a trampoline. Afterward, we had some pop and pizza for dinner at the facility, as part of the company event. The pop tasted watered down and the pizzas were most likely frozen pizzas. It is okay if you are with a big group (of kids in particular) and you do not want to leave the facility to eat at a nearby restaurant (such as Pizza Hut), but I personally would not organize any sort of meal at SkyZone. We will definitely be coming back for trampoline dodgeball though! read more

We literally laughed from beginning to end. We did jumps, dives and played a round of dodgeball against a bunch of kids who kicked our butt. Came here one Saturday night for Sky Jam from 9-10:30 pm, which was restricted to folks aged 16+. I paid $22 + tax for trampoline socks, full access to the facility, two slices of pizza, and a pop... Great value for the money. Holy workout. Five minutes into jumping and I was breathless. Bless those little children who do this for hours without breaking a sweat. Anyway, I had a great time with friends, moving between the square trampoline area, foam pit, basketball nets, and the DODGEBALL area (which was definitely the highlight, despite the fact that I damn near got a concussion from getting whipped in the face twice... good times had). Whoever was in charge of the playlist was killin it with a straight trap and hip hop playlist. Otherwise though, the staff honestly looked like they hated us and/or their lives. Aside from one friendly dude, they couldn't bother to smile or even talk, really. Some guy (probably almost a decade our junior) came over to yell at us when we were being silly in the foam pit. Lighten up, friends. Pro tip: You'd probably do well not to chug alcoholic beverages before coming to an establishment where you and your stomach will be jumping up and down repeatedly for 1.5 hours... I had my daughters party here a few weekends ago. I have never been so disappointed in an organization ever! They are only here for the money and don't give a crap about your kids special moment at all. To put it in perspective we had 15 kids and 7 parents attend. It was an absolute crap show. First off this place was waaaaay too over crowded. Secondly the lockers for the party goers are not separate or private and the general public has access to them. Thirdly the the entire floor was sticky and the kids are only allowed to wear socks, I'll leave your imagination to run wild with that. Fourth thing, the seating area for the non participating kids and the parents is located directly behind the dodge ball court so needless to say I spend a great deal of time apologizing to parents who were soaked by the complimentary water pitchers that got knocked over into their laps. Even though it was a party I by no means wanted to indulge in that kind of fun. Lastly and the biggest disappointment was that the "room" that the party was held in was literally a back hallway with dividers. Even after calling and requesting to come see the space they assured me I had the biggest "Room" this was completely and totally false. I had the biggest corner of a dimly lit hallway with cheap plastic dividers. I paid over 700 dollars (44 dollars per child plus taxes) to be scooted into a corner like the outcast kids in a bad high-school sitcom. I mean they literally tried to put Baby in a corner! This place is an absolute sham. We won't even touch on the pre pubescent host they provided who's sole job was to hurry the kids along and get the room turned over for the next unsuspecting family. 0/10 do not recommend!! read more

I went to Sky Zone as part of what one of my good friends calls ''social dates'' where we try out new and different activities and restaurants. This place is huge, there is lot's of room to run around and jump to your hearts content. There's also a foam ''ball'' pit that you hurl yourself into.. And try and swim out of! There's dodge ball available as well but we were all tired after 40 minutes of jumping. Decently priced, easily accessible, roomy and lot's to do. Now here's what I didn't like about this place. Their restroom were disgusting and small, for such a huge venue you'd think they'd have more than 3 stalls and 1 sink. Both my friend and I caught a horrible cold from this place. My cold turned into a very bad bronchial infection that lasted for 2 months. I'm not sure if they aren't cleaning the place properly and sanitizing everything or if it's the millions of filthy children that are constantly carrying germs. Probably a mix. My advice? Make sure you have a healthy immune system before you go. read more

This place is amazing! My wife and I took her niece yesterday for something to do in the day and even though my wife and I were probably the oldest ones there it was a lot of fun! It is definitely a workout and I don't know how these kids can keep going for so long, but I personally loved the dunking area where all the kids were super impressed by my dunking skills (I guess it helps to be about 2 feet taller than them) ;) If I were a kid I would go here all the time! Okay so I've been going to air riderz since it opened (almost identical to sky zone). But sky zone is awful due to its employees. I went on Saturday mid afternoon and it started off bad when I was online for 20 minutes with only two people ahead of me. The employee at cash was not taking anything seriously. His name was saad and he was arguing with some lady who had a groupon. When I finally got to the front he answered his cell phone and started speaking a different language while registering me. He would stop talking on his phone for a second to ask me a question then go back to his phone convo. When I finally got to the trampolines i got the rules and got given a section I was "allowed on" we legit were only allowed in the back 4 trampolines .... "For safety reasons" there was only 4-6 other jumpers ... At this point I was so annoyed, and I went to goto the foam area and was told sorry only kids ... We came, we saw, and we got tired! We were invited to a birthday party where there were 16+ toddlers in attendance. Normally this would leave me dreading the whole experience but this place was fantastic as each jump zone was self contained and monitored by possibly the most family oriented employees ever. Though it's in a fairly old commercial/industrial section of Mississauga, the facilities are well maintained and clean. This is not some upscale ACC sport facility but a good old fun place that sees some serious wear and tear from the experts. For 16+ toddlers, this rocked... they could try to tear the place apart but because it's so well maintained, safe, and monitored, you don't have to worry about the ankle biters. As mentioned, each jump zone is monitored by an employee. The person taking care of the party was clearly in their late university years but somehow was able to completely amuse the toddlers for an entire hour and also keep them from harming themselves and others. This made me quite impressed overall as most of the time you have service who dread taking care of a group let alone a group of toddlers. The washroom, 'cafe', and party room are what you expect to see from an old sporting facility. Functional and certainly not pretty but just ok. Food was pizza and I can safely say it won't give you food poisioning but it's not gourmet food at any stretch. Just good old doughy white bread with cheese and pepperoni... like pizza pizza on an average day. So overall, I would say that if you are planning for a fun event for kids... this is a great place. It's well run, you don't have to worry about safety, the service is spot on, and I believe the price point is reasonable. Skyzone is a great place for all ages! I have taken my son here many times. The best time to take little ones is toddler time because its less busy. January 31 we attended a kids birthday party on the weekend, it was very chaotic. There wasn't alot of personal attention. Save yourself a boat load of money by paying the entry fee for each kid and give them a goody bag -- skip the $300 party for 10 kids. You end up bouncing with the regular public anyhow. The staff were quite focused on the safety of the kids jumping around. I personally would not go back on a weekend, because it was crazy busy. But what else are we Canadian suppose to do during the cold dark winters. read more

I've been here twice now and had a blast both times. Despite having more than enough people to start a dodgeball game, the staff was telling us to join the other (full) game. It seemed to me that they were just being lazy and didn't want to stand there and supervise the game. Once we spent 15 mins of our play time convincing them, we finally got a game started and had a blast. The guy also stopped our game a few mins before our hour was up. So unfortunately, in total we lost close to 20 mins of our play time although we paid for an hour. I'm hoping the staff will become more customer oriented which would result in this being a 5 star facility. Other than the average customer service, this place is a lot of fun for people of all ages. So much fun! I've been here twice: once as drop-in and once by booking a whole court for dodgeball. It's a lot of fun, but the regular trampolines and even the stunt/foam pit get kinda boring after a while. The highlight is the 3-D dodgeball by far! The only tricky thing with dodgeball is they need enough drop-in people around the same age/size to get a game started. Went with a huge group of friends the second time and we booked a court to guarantee play time - more pricey, but worth it since the staff kicked people off the court for us lol Good for kids and adults and really gets your heart pumping! read more

I've been here twice - once for their Saturday night 16+ jump and once for the Sky Aerobics. The late night jump was pretty fun. Went with a group of friends who were all well above 16, but we still had a great time and weren't bothered by the teens too much. There are a number of different areas to jump in: a basketball net area for slam dunking, a foam pit, dodgeball, and a spot for free-jumping. They also serve pizza:) A good $20 outing if you want to be a kid for a night. The sky aerobics was phenomenal! I was pretty rusty in the fitness area so I didn't know what to expect going in. It was a good workout for both beginners and regulars alike, and things never got boring as they kept us moving around doing different activities. Your first fitness class is $6, so it's worth checking out and giving it a chance. The only annoying part was that kids/toddlers were still able to jump in the areas around us and sometimes got in the way. They also make really loud announcements announcing the time every half an hour (for kids who are on limited jump time) which can make it hard to hear the instructor. I'd recommend checking the place out, especially for the sky aerobics - I will go back! read more

You need to buy the socks they provide (mandatory) which isn't bad since it's $2 . Lots , and lots of kids. I would say from age 8 and up it's a good place. For younger children maybe not. The staff are super alert all the time, which, although it could get annoying from their constant reminding of the rules if you break them, ensures that you're actually being supervised as you should be. Great concept and great fun would be the best words to summarise this but there are some rough edges that need smoothing over. Also why is there no such place in Toronto!!! Went here as a large group of 24 for a birthday fun evening out, I did not realise at the time but this included the terrible pizza and soft drinks we were provided with afterwards. Before playing dodge ball I did help myself to a hot dog and fries which were okay but be cautious as all that jumping may result in regurgitation. Anyway the place itself is huge with 3 dodge ball arenas and one fun area and one foam area for people to somersault into, would like to try this out next time. The game itself is super fun and super tiring, a great way to burn some calories and the hour we had was more than long enough. Do take water and keep it on the platform. The staff member that kept an eye on us and officiated the dodge ball game was also great. Only downside would be maybe to provide some arcade machines to kill time when waiting, and also to have nicer and cleaner wash rooms. They were a mess when I went to use them. Do I agree with these "great" facts. Maybe not, this place seems more of a joke. 1.Cashiers were rude explaining we had to fill out waivers, electronically. 2. The shoes smell like death: I advise everyone to jump bare feet. 3. When asked to take part in this "3-D Dodgeball" we couldn't play considering "there wasn't enough monitors to keep an eye on us" REALLY??? B.S. Considering we drove all the way just for that, we asked to have a word with a manager to see if we could change that. Nobody appeared. A manager like staff consulted with my group explaining the many downfalls of us interacting in dodgeball at the moment which helped us in understanding why it wasn't available at the moment. The foam pit is drastically hard to get out of, just wanna throw that out there. Would I come back, maybe not. It was my nephews 9th birthday this past weekend. My sister wanted to do something a little bit different for him and his friends, so when our brother recommended Sky Zone to us we thought it might be a good way for the kids to spend a few hours (and hopefully wear themselves out) bouncing around, while the adults didn't have to worry about cleaning up the usual mess a birthday party full of 14 boys would leave behind. We ended up booking the "Super Jump" package which gave our 14 guest an hour of private "jump time" on the trampoline. It was a blast watching them have so much fun. After the boys began to run out of energy, one by one they filed into the party room which was set up for us (complete with dishes, cups, napkins) with 3 large pizzas and drinks. The kids devoured their food and immediately went into food comas just in time for their parents to arrive and take them home. It was a different birthday experience for the kids, and my nephew is already asking when him and his friends can go back. The staff were all extremely helpful keeping track of the kids and keeping an eye on them to make sure they didn't cause any trouble while bouncing around on the trampolines. Each of the guests were given a pair of "skysocks" for the trampoline and we decided to go ahead and purchase some mini-footballs for the kids to throw around too. Well done Sky Zone. We will for sure be back again for round 2. If you are looking for a different and fun, new party idea for your kids this is the place to go. read more

We had our daughter's 7th birthday party here last Saturday. Check in process was a joke. Everyone kept passing us on to the other person. Finally got the party host and she was great. Very friendly and helpful. She's the reason I'm giving a star. One of the employees manning the Warrior course wouldn't allow our 4-year old to go, even though she continuously let another 4-year old in our group go. We told her that when we came back in September (when she was only 3), she was allowed to go. She didn't care. Rude and not informative whatsoever. Then when we went to the "party room", we discovered that they made a makeshift space right near the front doors. They put up a couple signs to try to shield us from everyone, and put a tiny space heater there. It never got above 58°F and the kids had to wear their coats. When we complained the manager said all she could do was give us 30-minute passes. Woohoo. Let me save you the trouble--Do NOT host a party here. Might as well have it in your backyard with heat lamps. Probably would've been warmer. read more

Took my daughter here. First time at this place. Looks like lots of activities for everyone. I preordered tickets for the trampolines with my daughter. We arrived early as instructed and the check in was easy. I recommend signing the waiver online when you purchase your tickets. We got our "sky socks" and waited for our time slot. When we got the go ahead we found 2 spots beside each other and stated having fun. One of the employees came over and told me I had to go to the other side as they wanted smaller children on the side we were on. There was no spots on the side they told us to go to. There was no pre announcements to state such. They did manage to find us two spots on the other side. I think more communication would have avoided this all together. Anyway, my daughter had a blast. Big waste of money!! I decided that for my three year old's birthday I would take him and my other 5 year old son and my 10 year old sister-in-law to skyzone for a fun time....there was nothing fun about it. My three year old is extremely energetic and I thought he would have a blast. When you first walk in you think "wow, this is amazing" until you actually get started. I decided to pre buy my tickets so that we wouldn't have to wait for a jump time and sign my waiver before hand so that it would take less time to get right into the jumping. This made no difference because all the staff move at the same pace........ Extremely slow. They also forget to mention that you then need to buy special socks. For one adult and three kids to jump for 90 minutes, it cost about $90. Which i was fine with paying, until we actually started jumping and I realize what I was actually paying for! ** IF YOU HAVE KIDS YOU NEED TO READ THIS** So here I am thinking that we are all going to have a fun family day filled with jumping. What no one tells you when you purchase your ticket is that no one can jump together. My three year old is not allowed to jump in the same section as my 5 year old, and I as an adult am not even allowed to step on the trampoline!!! So as my 5 year old is jumping up and down on a tiny square (because your not allowed to jump around) my three year old has to watch him from across the room while he jumps on his tiny square, while I sit and watch because we are not allowed to play together. The only time they are allowed to be together is the foam pit. That's another issue. They make out like they have this amazing foam pit but they don't!! You have to jump down the trampoline all nice and proper and then do a proper jump in the put and then get out and move to the back of the line... My 5 year old who is very optimistic and can find fun in anything, told me this was the most boring day of his life. You are Basically paying for your kids to jump up and down on one spot for over and hour. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! honestly, my kids have 10 times more fun jumping on their bed. read more
