Pretty quick turnarounds, professional service, and they are always very responsive via email or phone which is what really matters to me. I don't really care if a company that I work with is busy, as long as they are up front and respond to my requests. Shelley is super good to communicate and that's very rare to find now. I used to work with a very well know printing company in Sylmar and it was super awful, there were weeks with no communication from them because "they were busy". Skycrest has now done a few things for my business. A large banner, a stand up banner, and a car window wrap. Not only were the prices very good but they did all the legwork for me. What I mean by that is they worked with my graphics and simply asked my car make and model. When they told me to come by a week later I figured they needed to verify the measurements. I was thrilled to find out that they were going to install my wrap right then! It really turns a car into a working and traveling billboard.
