They recommended that we give them pictures/ideas or even words of what we were envisioning for our logo and clarified any misunderstandings before beginning. They gave us several drafts - but really almost exactly gave us we were looking for in their first draft. We would have been happy with that first one- that's how well they did in designing our vision. However, because they worked so accurately and quickly - we had plenty of time to make minor suggestions to perfect our design. After falling in love with our logo - they even helped us design the business cards in a vista print format, which was so convenient and a lot nicer quality than what we would have done just using the templates on their website. EZM SIGN is definitely a full services sign company! True professionals! I was looking for a company which could provide me interior and exterior signs! During the same day they came, took some pictures and measurements. They brought along some sample letters for my interior sign, so I was able to choose what I wanted. I was offered several options for my exterior sign as well such as channel letters, box sign, neon, etc! Ezm Sign is a great shop that does super quality work. My business regularly gets asked for sign printing - which we don't offer. Service was great. We booked two movers and a truck, with a start window between 1 - 3pm. They called and asked if they could come out early, which worked great for us. Both of the guys were friendly and polite. They completed the move in about 4hrs, and were very accommodating. They were careful with our stuff and did not cause any damage. Our new place had a couple of tight stairwells/doorways, but the guys worked hard to try to get everything where we wanted it.
