However, classes should be priced a little lower due to the fact that you more than likely share a pole with other girls, the instructors to intro to pole and beginners are NOT professional (or seem to have the knowledge of) pole dancers. I have been to a location in another state and we were taught NOT to do certain things the way you are taught here due to possibly injuring yourself. Most things that should be corrected are said 'whatever is comfortable to you' Your classes can be cancelled at any given time to fit their (instructors) schedule. Majority of the time, the classes (beginners) are booked and you are often told to still show up Incase some people don't show. There are times where people will be on a couch waiting and you feel uncomfortable as if you're being watched. There is no a/c in the warehouse so the door would have to be open if you want cool air. Luckily, it's behind the winco. I give this place a 2. The woman Shallan is the owner and very sweet. However, I feel her students take advantage of her position and authority. Shallan and the instructors are the reason why this place gets three stars. Even though they have all these cons, they have pretty good customer service, keep a smile on their face, motivating and their restroom is always clean. I personally feel that It's not fair if you pay a monthly membership at an unchanged rate and the chances of you getting a full work out is 50/50 due to their class of 2 to a pole. The studio was clean and beautiful and she even provides towels and sanitizer for cleaning. I loved the mirrors, artwork, and bright environment. As a beginner, she tailored the class I took with her to my level and took the time to explain things I needed help with. I really appreciated this. The space is welcoming, quiet, feels safe,and not overly bright which I love. Austin as a teacher is so very welcoming, body positive and encouraging. I have enjoyed every class that I have taken with her, and I am looking forward to taking more. Also - I really have to express that she's 100% the reason my back is better!!!

Also at many times I have found the teachers to be wrong or contradict themselves a lot, there is also no accountability for this either.

On one occasion I actually was in the waiting room and called their line just to see what would happen. The employee at the front desk simply looked at the phone and then ignored it. I asked "are you going to get that?" They responded with, "that's not really our policy and I don't have the time." So unprofessional honestly.
