She later asked me to join her group of Reiki practitioners who gave mini reiki sessions to the VA staff at Tripler Hospital. I explained that I had a back ground in "Healing Touch" not Reiki...she said it was fine, that whatever I wanted to give was great. That was the start of a steadily growing professional relationship and close personal friendship. I decided to take Dawn's Reiki level 1 last year and I am so glad I did. Not only did it give me a new and useful perspective on energy work, it's nudged me to incorporate more energy work into my massage therapy practice which in turn has helped many of my clients. Dawns caring personality, patient teaching style and gentle spirit are amazingly authentic. She truly has.... a heart of GOLD!

I've also suffered from enormous grief because both my beloved daughter and husband of 60 years have passed away. Dawn & I connected immediately and she introduced me to Reiki. At first I was skeptical, but after a few very relaxing and soothing sessions, I found that my pain issues lessened significantly! Some days, I feel little to no pain at all! Also, before having these sessions, I'd spent more time walking with a cane or walker bent over some. Now I can stand almost straight up and occasionally use my cane if I'm tired or feel unsteady. The heavy emotional depression from my family losses has eased significantly. Within a month, I noticed that I experience many more happier days than grief stricken ones. I feel so at ease with Dawn, she has such a gentle and sweet demeanor. She's extraordinary compassionate and even has a gift of throwing in some humor here in there, which feels so good to just giggle or laugh. When she gives me Reiki, I am so surprised that I'm able to doze off! I've also noticed that I have more energy and spunk, usually the day after the session. In January of 2017, I decided to take Dawn's Reiki level 1 class. This taught me how to give myself Reiki, which I really believe helps me to somewhat maintain a great deal of comfort and ability to move my body with more ease than prior to the first time I had a Reiki session. Now that I give myself Reiki, I'll make an appt. once every month or two. Before the Reiki class, I'd make an appt. with her 2-3 times/month. Dawn also adds a "Self Care" piece to her class which gives me extra "tools" I can use to care about my feelings for ME. I've ALWAYS over worked myself to do for others, which I do derive much love and satisfaction from. But there have been many times that even tho my worn out body and mind would say, "NO", my heart would say "YES" and off I'd go, even if I had a high level of pain! And many times it wasn't even an urgent need from someone, just my "disease to please" would take over!!! Many a time, this would wear me down and out even further. In Dawn's class, she has a unique way to introduce you to learning really easy and practical ways to not only care for your physical health, but also your emotional health, as well! As you can tell by my review, I am a true believer! I know that Reiki has given me a better quality of life, both physically and emotionally! Try it, you'll like it!

Enjoy of evening of on hands cooking and fun. We just finished a 'couples' cooking class at The…read moreWillows Cooking School. We were part of 8 couples with Chef Sandy leading through the Taste of Tuscany. We enjoyed tastings of wine paired with a 6 course dinner that we all took part in cooking. It was a wonderful evening of great food, wine, company and lots of laughter. We made some great new friends. It is a wonderful experience and will do it again! Chef Sandy holds 'couples' cooking classes once a month with a different theme every month. You even get to take the recipes home. To top off the evening we stayed the night at the bed and breakfast where the Cooking School is. What a treat to wake up to Chef Sandy's breakfast cooking downstairs!

I definitely WOULD NOT recommend wasting your time! I started off very eager and ready to dive into…read morethe trucking industry. I reached out to this company because they offered weekend and evening classes which would be perfect so I could continue with my current Full-Time job. I completed the online application, and after about 3 weeks, I attempted to contacted them because I hadn't heard anything back. I called and left a voicemail, because they typically don't answer phone calls either. After several days went by, and no return call, I called again and left another voicemail. Still nothing. I then sent an email, and Cathy responded on a Friday evening. She was apologetic that my calls hadn't been returned and assured me someone would contact me the following Monday morning. Monday came and went, no return call. I finally received a call back on Wednesday. On Wednesday, when I spoke with the company, I was told to go onto the DMV website to get my driver record and submit. Once I submit the records I would be contacted for a follow up to let me know everything was received, what I needed to do next, and when the next class would begin. That was 3 weeks ago. Haven't heard back from them since. I turned my driving record into them the same day they requested it, and it was a clean record. I have sent them two additional emails to make sure everything was received on their end from me, and to receive an update when class would begin so I could make sure to prepare my schedule/appointments/vacations. I also wanted to make sure I didn't have to scramble last minute to locate any further documentation they needed. Again.... no response. I don't think I have ever had to work this hard to pay someone $5,000. I feel like I am chasing a company down to offer my business. I'm not sure if they're extremely shorthanded or if they have quit CDL training. Nonetheless, does this sound like a company that will offer you support as you strive to learn a new industry? Meanwhile, the other company, which I won't name because I'm not here to promote anyone has reached out to me several times to see if I would like to enroll in their courses. Only reason I didn't go with the better company is because they currently don't offer evening and weekend classes. This experience with Aisling Truck Academy has made me lose interest all together because it has been such a hassle. If you do decide to go with this company, be prepared to be ignored and disregarded!

Everything Christian said would happen, happened and he told us exactly how to maneuver. From riding the bull to standing at the front and doing 360's to riding the surf it was enjoyable from the first second to the last. The other two guides on our trip, Donnie and Ryan were also super cool and fun. We also saw deer on the river banks which was a plus. We will definitely take more family here.
