Her (nastily): We don't carry the pods. Me: Can you tell me what machines you have in stock? Her (again, nasty): I have no idea. Me: Would you find out? Her (resentful): I would have to go to the stockroom. Me: Yes, that's your job. Her: Click. (She hung up on me.) I called back, but they did not answer the phone twice. The third time, I got through and asked to speak to a manager. The manager argued with me and claimed the call was disconnected while I was on hold. That was a blatant lie; the employee never said she was putting me on hold; she just hung up. I told the manager I would never set foot in the store again, and I won't. Sadly, she did not seem to care one whit.

Across our party of four, we sampled from across the menu: the shrimp cocktail, soup du jour (potato leek), and mixed green salad were soon followed by steak frites, roasted salmon, and shrimp scampi. The "fish" was crispy seasoned so well and even had great mouth feel. She somehow had seaweed attached that really gave you the fish essence. The gumbo was incredibly textured like a meat gumbo would be. I can't tell you exactly what was used but there was a veggie in there with the texture of chicken, sausage, shrimp, and crab.
