    Attend a Date Night: French Luxury cooking class and it was great! The instructor was kind and the instructions were easy to follow. Not a ton of cooking really involved, as the tasks were split between the six of us attending the class as well and the instructor. The food was absolutely incredible though and we got an instruction booklet to take home so I will definitely be trying my hand and preparing all of the dishes on my own. Scallops and risotto with and AMAZING sauce (I am still dreaming of that sauce), finished off with a cherry clafoutis and homemade whipped cream for dessert. Yum! Every class participant got a coupon to spend in the store afterward as well. The class was pricey for sure though, so definitely more of a treat.

    great location and very convenient, parking is a little busy but the store is nice and big and you can spend a good hour just looking at high-quality items. the people that work here are very friendly. I'm a member but I can't remember what I get I don't think I've really earned anything yet or ever but...I'm a member. It's pricey yes but it is real high-quality kitchen items, cooking items, baking items, chef quality knives and cooking utensils, espresso makers, coffee makers, etc.

    We attended a Date Night cooking class at Sur la Table last night and had a blast. The evening started with cheese and cracker appetizers laid out before the event began. I wish we had known ahead of time- but you can bring in your own wine/beer to enjoy during class. They have wine openers and wine glasses available as well. If you're going to attend a class, I would recommend planning ahead if you'd like to enjoy a beverage during class. Another tip- if you need any kitchen items, taking a class grants you a 10% off coupon good for everything in the store. We had an opportunity to show during a small break in the class (between cooking and eating) and at the conclusion of class. The rest of the time was spent cooking in both a large group and in two smaller groups. There wasn't a ton of things to do for each person since it was a collaborative cooking experience, but we hit it off with others in the class and enjoyed their company during the cooking process. The class description indicates that each participant will enjoy a taste of each dish- but I have to say, it was much more like a well portioned meal. Don't expect huge restaurant portions, but more like the suggested serving size that most of us ignore! The instructor, Rachel, was snarky and sarcastic- I think some found her abrasive, but I thought she was funny. The classes are pricey, but they are a ton of fun if you're looking for something different and potentially out of your comfort zone. My husband and I received this class as a gift as did another couple at our table. Gift certificates for classes are an awesome gift!

    Paella, Kale Salad, and Crema Catalana! I attended a Spanish themed cooking class at Sur La Table last night and had a ball. When we arrived, each of us received the recipes for the evening along with an apron. They had all of the ingredients measured and prepped and a cheese plate ready to go. A few students in the class brought a bottle of wine which they opened and enjoyed while we cooked. The chef and assistant for the evening divided us into two groups, and each of us prepared our dinner for the evening. The family style cooking experience was enjoyable as we chatted while we diced our veggies. Chef Rachel was very knowledgable and kept a close eye on us throughout while injecting the conversation with a snarky sense of humor. She taught us proper knife skills and answered all of our questions. At he end of the knife, we enjoyed the three course meal that we prepared. Everything was delicious (especially the Crema Catalana - essentially a Spanish creme brûlée) and there was plenty of food to go around.

    If you love cooking or anything related, this is the place for you. My son and I recently went to go and pick up some new knives--which by the way, they have an exceptional selection. Additionally, we decided to try out a cooking class--we did the Let's Make Croissants. All I have to say is that it was amazing and we had so much fun. The cost of the class was 59 for each one of us and we had a 2.5 hour of hands on baking and testing and then eating. Not to mention how great to was to be with like minded people who wanted to bake and cook. I highly recommend doing any of their cooking classes as they are worth it and oh, so fun. Also, and as for the merchandise we purchased, the experience was great and everyone there is super nice and the store is simply perfect.

    I absolutely adore this store. When I shop here, I get giddy like a pubescent teen fawning over the the latest Hollywood starlet. Sur La Table is basically Mecca for food geeks. Some people enjoy shopping in eclectic vintage stores for clothing and nicknack's while others can spend hours on end at indie record stores hunting for that one special vinyl. Me? I get my shopping fix browsing at kitchen gear. Sur La Table really has it all. Any piece of cutlery, bakeware, cookware, kitchen tools, bar tools and electronic gadgets that you could imagine. You name it, Sur La Table probably has it. It's like a more realistic and approachable Williams Sonoma. Sur La Table sells an assortment of brands and from various price ranges. Splurge on an All-Clad Copper-Core 10 piece set or save money by going with an alternative stainless set from a less expensive competitor. Dreaming of that elusive colbalt blue 7-1/4 quart Le Creuset French oven? They have all shapes, sizes and colors here to ogle at. Do you envy the way Sushi chefs cleanly slice through raw fish like warm butter with no effort whatsoever? They have plenty of gorgeous Japanese steel here. Want just as good of a brand, but at a fraction of the cost? They also carry Global and Forschner by Victorinox. I have spent plenty of money at Sur La Table in the past and come back to visit quite often. I like wandering around the store, dreaming of outfitting my dream kitchen or for the time being, picking up the latest utensil I just have to have in my arsenal. For me, there is no better place in the area to satisfy that need than Sur La Table.

    This place is pretty great- I love the cooking classes here. Zach is an amazing teacher! They have a wide variety of classes available.

We recently had three under counter cabinet drawers that were not closing and were making a little ping noise. When I removed the drawers I could see that a little gray plastic part was broken. I was not sure how that affected the closing of the drawer, but it clearly was not right. I found Choice Cabinets online and called the home office totally expecting this to be a hassle. Not so, the operator transferred me to a person who looked up my address and took down my information, and in a matter of ten of fifteen minutes said she would sen out replacement hardware that should arrive in about a week. Three days later the three now rails arrived. They were easy to replace, maybe ten to fifteen minutes each and the draws work perfectly again. BTW, they are the same hardware but the closing mechanism is a little different, so I suspect they have been improved over the other design. It was great experience to have the manufacturer stand behind their product.

    BUYER BEWARE! When I first purchased your FS14TT juicer I was VERY excited. The system that Eric…read moreand your website outlined would fit my needs perfectly. Eric added the FS-14TT would be quicker and have a much better yield than my current juicer. Unfortunately, every promise I have been made, to date, does not correlate with Eric, the salespersons claims or what the company website states. Additionally, based on the blade, bag and sensor issues it seems this unit is in the experimental or R and D phase and is not ready to be placed in the field. In short, I did not sign up to be a "Guinea pig" for an untested juicer! 1. Delivery. The order date was 8/24 and the delivery date was promised to be 6 weeks (post order). The delivery did not occur until 2/14! 6 months! 2. Yield. Although the yield was promised to be better than my current juicer the yield is 30%~50% LESS! The day that I did use your machine I was left with 5 garbage bags full of wet pulp. That is 5 times more the pulp of my current juicer. In turn I lost over $350 in produce. It cost me money to use your machine! 3. Blades. There is a TON of pulp after shredding and pressing. Which tells me it's not being shredded down to the cell wall of the vegetable/fruit. The pulp should come out mussy not chopped up. The blades have a direct affect on yield. In short, I have been given the Wrong blades for juicing vegetables. 4. Retrieval bags. The bag is too small and, in short, awful. It drips from the sides where the pan is too small to catch it (juice waste and a big sticky mess) The bag can only handle 1/4 of the shredded produce created by the blades. If I fill the bag of shredded produce over 1/4 it explodes at the top which is product waste and a big mess. Also, the bag is a big mess when flipping it over and cleaning it. 5. Sensory button. Is it too much to ask for the machine to work when it is turned on? I shouldn't have to unscrew the top where the electrical area is located and wiggle some wires in order to start the machine. 7. Clean up. It's very messy not only during the juicing process but also creates significantly more labor when cleaning up. 8. Operating manual. The manual is poorly written and does not include drawings and/or pictures for easy identification of the specific parts. In short, it is not user friendly. A YouTube video would be helpful. 9. The Press. I was told by Jacob that I had to re-press the pulp 7-8 times in order to get any yield. The system was promised to be faster and easier than my current system. Since the pulp has to be re-pressed 7-8 times it is 2-3 times more time consuming than my current system. After numerous failures to deliver as promised Eric offered to replace the FS14tt unit with a Good Nature X1 mini. This was also an empty promise. The X1 mini offered was used and the price was $12,500. Why would anyone purchase a used X1 Mini at that price when a new one is currently $13,800? When I mentioned this to Eric, he got very furious and started to yell at me and then hung up. He then sent me a text message that said he was blocking my number and to never call him again. In my 12 years of being a small business owner I have never been treated in such an unprofessional way by a salesperson. It was quit shocking. It is blatantly obvious that I should have completed more research on your company before doing business with you. According to a large number of negative reviews available online, I am not the first customer you have tried to scam and were dishonest. (On the website or by the salesperson) I am requesting an immediate FULL REFUND of $6806.40 Juicer + $370 shipping + $350 for produce waste + $100 employee wages and releasing the FS14TT back to you. Since Eric repeated on a number of occasions that he and his team are all "good guys" that you will fulfill the request. I'm confident that since you are "good guys" that this issue can be resolved immediately, without further delay and pursuing legal action.
