The 2 adults and 2 kids had a 12 hour day on going to the Dominican Republic , we asked if this could be changed , the answer was no. The return flight was going to be 6 hours we were able to change that. I advised her that my wife couldn't do stairs and if there was an elevator in the building we were good with the room she had given us. She said: I'm in contact with the resort and doing the best I can for you. We were told that that the buildings did not have an elevator, and that she would get us a room on the first floor with a pool. The added cost was $500.00 , every building did have an elevator. She talks a great game but did not make any effort to look for what I requested, and another $500.00 for the vacation that was already more than the budget that she was given

We were traveling to an all inclusive during the holidays and she didn't even recommend reservations to a New Years eve celebration. We weren't able to attend the celebration dinner. She also didn't communicate our hotel transportation situation and we were close to missing our ride to the airport from the hotel going home. This was for a destination wedding and so many of the guests of the bride and groom complained about her lack of service. The bride and groom regret using Janet and I suggest you steer clear too! Horrible!

Janet was SO helpful - she helped recommend hotels based on her personal experience and our preferences and saved us $200 per person off any internet deal I could find! Then she recommended things to do in the area. Her follow up was superb, she made things so easy for us, and she follows up periodically with other ideas and locations based on our travel preferences. It was completely worthwhile! Tickets to Union Station are $6.75 from here and prices vary lower and lower depending on your destination. Trains are always clean, conductors are always real friendly, especially to a regular like myself. All in all, it's a wonderful way to get downtown. Plus, you save gas and car mileage! Bravo, Metra! :)
