The facilities are modern and clean. Good secure lockers. Nice showers with I want to say mahogany floorboard. Bring a swimsuit and waterproof sandals. Towels are nice and fluffy, as well as the bathrobe. My massage therapist was excellent, I was a content , relaxed rubber noodle by the end of my session. For my "hot" I enjoyed the eucalyptus steam sauna (taking deep relaxing inhales), and the hot tub waterfall (spent several minutes with the water falling in my head which was very vigorous, then just tilt you head forward for a wonderful shoulder therapy). For my "cold", the cold plunge shower was amazing only needed the 20sec blasts, and the cold plunge tub just pinch your nose and fully submerge for 15-20 seconds. After all of that I grabbed a sofa in the resting area and just decompressed to process the entire morning. I hope to come back here every time I visit Montreal in the future

They allow way too many people in the thermal journey which ruins the spa experience. They do not provide spa slippers and allow customers to bring their own slippers, which could be dirty to walk around the inside of the spa. They charge you $40/slippers which is robbery. We got the duo massage which, for $500+ you'd expect a premium massage, but they hire inexperienced people who do not know how to do deep tissue massages. They increased the prices for special dates but also allow more people in, which defeats the purpose of increasing the price. MONEY HUNGRY scam artists. The bathrooms are consistently dirty, locker rooms crowded and only 3 showers and 3 toilets. This place is a JOKE. To top it off, I asked for some sort of compensation for the experience and the manager said they couldn't do anything about it. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

If you ask for lots of pressure (as I always do), be prepared to get it as Karlo is a very strong guy. So the first half was definitely more therapeutic than relaxing. The second half of the massage was more soothing, a welcome relief from the deep tissue work. It was great - I think I was zoning in and out because I was so relaxed. The real sign of a good therapeutic massage comes in the next 24 hours. My understanding is that during massage, toxins are released, and they may make you sleepy. I had a really deep sleep that night; it's rare when I don't get up before my alarm goes off, but I was OUT. And during the day I could feel all the areas that Karlo had worked: they were tender, but not painful. I could tell that they weren't tensing up any more. Karlo is a very friendly, highly professional CMT: easy to talk to, and he knows what he's doing. The studio is clean and quaint, fairly typical - and well-located near Sherbrooke metro. But I have been dying to get a massage. With some research online I was able to find Spa-Mobile. Basically they bring the spa to your home. You simply go on there website, pick the therapist you like to have and pick a time. The price is not much more that a massage you would get at a spa. They also provide insurance receipts. Now let me tell you about my experience. After I booked online, I received an email explaining all the safety precautions they take and how the procedure the day of the massage will look like. Then once they are on their way to your house they sent you a text message with a link that allows you to track where they are exactly. Once they get to your place, they set-up where you tell them to. The massage table is very professional. They set it up, put a heat blanket then put the sheets on top. Once every thing is set up, they sit with you and go through a questionnaire about your health and which areas you want the massage to be concentrated on. Then she goes to the bathroom to wash her hands while you lay on the table. My therapist was Claudia, and she went over and beyond. She brought white sage to clarify the room, she also asked me what type of music I like, which she then played on the IPad she had. Last but not least, she brought fresh cucumbers which she placed on my eyes. Once it was over she again went to wash her hands while i put ob my robe. (Benefits of being at home). She gave me her card and asked for me to pay via e-transfer. Later that nice, she sent me the receipt and the insurance paper. I will never go to a spa for a massage as this was the best massage experience I have ever had. Keep in mind before the pandemic i use to have 5-6 massages per year.
