I would highly recommend Dr .Douglas P. Sieminski, he has been caring and understanding and extremely knowledgeable. I've been seeing him for over 10 years and have no regrets. And by far the best doctor I've ever had .I would rate his professional service a 6 Star review if I could. If you are looking for a doctor defiantly ask for him you will not be disappointed. This place is really awful, I've been coming here for two years and every appointment has been at least 45 mins to an hour behind every time. One time I got a call the night before saying my appt was canceled, the next morning I got a call asking why I wasn't at my appointment. When I threw on some sweats and rushed to the doctor the front desk said that no one canceled my appointment, after I replayed the voicemail for them the head office manager said "oh well I didn't call". Each time I come here it's the same bs delays. Front office women gossiping behind a desk and not being helpful at all while the one or two assistants for the doctors run around and do all the actual work. The secretaries and office staff really ruin this place. If you are moving to Sussex County or trying to find a new primary doctor or office I would highly recommend avoiding Skylands Medical Group at all costs. ... side note I am still at my appointment right now, coming up on the 3rd hour of being here. Dr Jennifer Horn has been my primary for about four or five years now. And she has been fabulous!! She takes the time to listen ask question and plan--what we are talking about is a good doctor. Yes she can be behind in her schedule because she takes care and time with the patient. I wouldn't trade her for the world. I really feel she provides me with the best possible care. read more

I just got insurance for the first time in years and my boyfriend was kind enough to call on my behalf while I was at work to try to schedule me a new patient appointment. I understand that they are probably being overwhelmed with the number of people trying to be seen after the pandemic, however it was completely unnecessary and unprofessional for the person who answered the phone to laugh at my boyfriend when he asked about an appointment in the next few weeks. I can understand if there is not an appointment available for a few months, but that's all the person had to say. They did not need to laugh at him for asking about the earliest available appointment. This behavior is what makes people not want to even go to the doctor's. How am I supposed to know how booked up they are if I don't work there and have never been there? It's quite normal to ask for an appointment so I don't understand why someone felt the need to laugh at the idea. read more

This place is awful!!! Waited 45 minutes for scheduled appointment. Facility is dirty. Bathroom had urine all over the toilet. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or switch doctors. I would give it 0 stars if I could! read more

Dr. Horn is amazing! Unfortunately, all the staff members are extremely rude and disrespectful. The receptionists truly make me feel bad for calling to see a doctor. It's been like this for years. As much as Dr. Horn is a great doctor, the staff isn't worth the time. Yes, it's THAT bad. read more

The office staff/receptionists at this location are rude and not at all helpful. I called to schedule an appointment with the psychologist and was informed she's not taking new patients, which is not an issue - I asked the receptionist if she could give me a suggestion or referral for someone to reach out to and was told "No, I don't know, bye", without pause. Maybe the other staff aren't like this, but this was a poor experience. My PCP is with Skylands Medical in Blairstown and I never had any complaints with that office. read more
