Elite does excellent work and is fairly priced. Tony, the owner, shows up to discuss your job and provides an estimate. In all four jobs, the price I paid was the estimate. Note, I didn't rely on Elite to choose colors, I spent hours doing that on my own. You have a project manager, texts to remind you of appointments and follow-ups to check with your satisfaction while they are painting. And the jobs are simply excellent. I was given no explanation as to why my request was being denied (scheduling, location, span of work, etc). When I inquired about a quote the owner asked me to measure the walls myself.... I don't have a ladder so I asked for an in person estimate. Again, I was denied service because no free estimates were given. I never asked for a free estimate, I only asked for an estimate. I'm not really sure why I was denied service ( I was never told), one can only assume some type of prejudice, but the representative had no tact or bedside manor. I highly recommend finding another company.
