Hands down the WORST customer service and phone etiquette I have ever experienced. My father has been a patient for quite some time, I have been the one to set up all appointments and discuss his care with the nurses. TODAY the receptionist decided I was not on HIPPA which I highly doubt many months would pass while giving access to me and I not be on HIPPA. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she sent me to billing to be coy. I call back and magically a supervisor answered, nice lady, will give her a 5 star. The little girl answering the phones up front who mind you NEVER do, get a zero star if i could. The attitude sucks, make up there own medical rules, and times to answer the phones. even when you call 10 plus times. Front Royal needs better people. read more

Not impressed. I was scheduled for a 7:15am appointment and when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that I was at the wrong location and that I needed to drive to the other side of town to go to the hospital. I thought that was odd as I received a confirmation call the day before, but I left. The receptionist was wrong. I was at the right place. I received a call later 'to reschedule the missed appointment." I returned the call to let the practice know I was there, but that the receptionist sent me away. I've been going to this practice for about 30 years. First under Dr. Bradd, who was awesome, RIP my friend. Now under Dawnya Finerfrock and it's still great for me. Previous reports that claim they didn't mask under covid guidelines 2 years ago are TOTALLY false. They still mask, and were diligent about it then. They wouldn't allow you in the door without a mask. They treat their patients with consideration and care, and always go by the rules. If not for the excellent care I've gotten there always, I might not be able to function because of my multiple autoimmune diseases and severe pain problems. They're the best, and I know. read more

I have been a patient here since 2006, and I have been delighted with the care I have received up till now. I am really sorry to be writing this review! The practice has been steadily deteriorating over the past year. There have been announcements of MD's joining the practice, but those MD's either haven't stayed, or never really arrived. The office staff seems to have had some turnover, and in a downward direction... On April 5, 2019 I was diagnosed with kidney disease, and told I needed a referral to a nephrologist. Seven weeks later, Skyline has not sent the necessary information to the specialists so they can evaluate my case, and make an intake appointment. After eight weeks, I had to send an e-mail to the office manager tell them what had to be done to complete the referral. In the meantime I have no guidance, other than online research, about this disease. This FATAL disease. read more

After more than two weeks my prescriptions have still not been submitted to my pharmacy. This can be done electronically-- easy-peasy. I fail to understand why this is! I am thoroughly tired of screwing around since April 8, trying to get my meds. This is not only incompetent and irresponsible, it comes close to malpractice! read more

I love my doctor because she is so caring and knowledgeable. I love her. But I don't love the customer service. I play phone tag with them every time I need to make an appointment or ask a question. read more

I have been a patient here since I moved to FR in 2004. These guys are great. They take the time I need, they follow up, they are on top of labs, tests and x-rays, and they never drop the ball. I went to one other Family Practice first, they were callous, thoughtless, and assumed that all disabled patients came complete with attendants. I fired them on the spot. Skyline if first rate. Everyone on staff is outstanding. They are IT-savvy, and very efficient. read more

The staff is great they know what they are doing. Dr. Bradd is fantastic. He is concern with his patients body, mind, and soul.

This office is awesome. They still care about the patient. I get calls from Doctors as late as 8 PM just to follow up and see that I am alright. I have been a patient of Dr. Bradd for 25+ years. I totally trust him and the other Doctors in the office. Simply the best read more
