I got lies, inexperience and pride filled questioning of me. I think there is a disconnect between the agents and broker here because I didn't have just one poor experience, I had two from two separate agents. The end result from both transactions was losing the purchase. Had it not been for my tenacity and the seller personally reaching out to me, my home purchase would have been dead. After in depth conversation with the seller, I discovered misrepresentation and untruths from my agent to the sellers agent and to me. I was scolded by my agent for reaching out to the sellers agent and questioned multiple times regarding my trust of an agent that hadn't earned or displayed any reason for me to trust her. End result ... I cut ties with Horizon Palm and my agent and the seller and his agent have made this experience fantastic after cutting ties. Just a side note, if you don't sign an agreement these agents don't have to work for your best interest and they will only look out for themselves, but you don't have to accept that and I didn't and separated myself from this realty group. If the broker cared she would have called or intervened, but did nothing!!! The seller and I saved the sale. Just do your research ... this realty group nearly lost me two homes I wanted. You have the right to talk to seller, sellers agent or anyone you'd like ... and you should because it's your money!!!

The property manager we originally had was amazing but than she resigned from the office & the next property manager Julie Pepper that we got assigned she was very unprofessional & turned out to be extremely rude & nasty. She did sneaky manipulative things to make us look bad towards the owners of the property which resulted in an unpleasant departure & ending. The last renter…read morevery much trash the house, and the management did not periodically oversee the house for about a year. The Florida neighbor went out of his way to seek my phone number to report a glaring view of a house being trash. I had to replaced the carpets and the furnace, repainted the whole house inside-out, removed all splattered paint due to their use of unprofessional painter, removed overgrown shrubs and trimmed trees, mowed overgrown lawn, repaired and replaced broken windows, replaced and repaired bathrooms, missing existing furnitures and bathroom luminaires, etc. costing me over $16,000. The management's lawyer was in cahoot with a small town judge and sued me for well over $2000. I countered sued by accusing the rental management with disregard for its fiduciary duties. The judge told me that such use of word "fiduciary" was his domain. I lost all for his lopsided and unfair judgement including expenses of two round trips, car rentals and accommodations from my residence in California. There's no way that this Springhill Rental can provide anybody with satisfactory rental management.
