An absolute green lawn is detrimental to our precious Florida environment. Florida friendly lawns and xeriscape should be the order of the day. This is not in accordance with deed restrictions here. Fresh sod, fertilizer, and water, water, water, lest ye all fall victim of ridiculous deed restriction mandated fines and liens in Deerfield Estates. My hope is that someday the retirees will go away and the neighborhood will be managed by youth with a vision of the future. Your property value is nothing without clean water to drink.
