I tried to get pre qualified on the phone, they said NO, THE COMPUTER WILL MAKE THE DECISION. ALSO, THEY ENCOURAGE THE EMPLOYEES TO "MULTI TASK". THEY DON'T CARE IF CUSTOMERS HAVE TO WAIT. When the package landed on the floor, she still didn't look up at me, and she looked over to the people in line and yelled, NEXT I'm in customer service so I really try not to let things bother me so much. But throwing somebody's package onto the floor, is pretty much like a waiter spitting in your food right in front of you. The package is packed very well, so I'm not concerned about the contents But what if there was something fragile or special inside? When the work was finally supposed to be completed, the part I had already paid for wasn't brought. When it eventually arrived, it was the wrong part. The following day, he was once again hours late. After dealing with repeated delays, poor communication, and unprofessional service, I decided to cancel the job and requested a refund for the part I had paid for. Juan agreed to issue the refund and told me it would take 3-7 business days. It has now been six weeks. I've received nothing but excuses, and now he has stopped responding altogether. At this point, my next step will be to pursue legal action to recover my money. It's disappointing because the quality of his initial work showed real potential. However, reliability, communication, and honoring commitments are just as important as the work itself. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with him.

Patrick and his team removed the gold badge and replaced it with original OEM badging. They removed all the illegal tint from the headlights and rear lights and redid some other work and now my sweet ride looks freaking awesome! They removed the old frayed window tint and replaced it with modern tinting and placed PPF on my headlights. It is night and day! I then took my other import and they got her looking sharp also. Quality workmanship at competitive pricing. Patrick and his team take great pride in their work product and ethic! You know they do excellent work when you see high value cars being worked on but don't let that intimidate you, it is not import pricing. I highly recommend this place!

When you get there they have a cute waiting area with drinks, snacks & WiFi. I worked while I was there with no issues. The sales rep shows you all the different types of tint they offer on a wall, and then she walked me through a shop to show me how what level of tint would look like on a car if it already had stock tint on the windows and if the interior had a dark vs lighter interior. She also walked me outside to her car, showed me what she got and had me sit in it to feel the heat reduction. Overall it was a great experience. Pricey, but great experience!
