I was able to have it rerouted and held at this UPS store until we returned. The UPS guideline is if you have it held, it typically is held for a week and then it gets sent back. Had no issues going in showing my ID and picking up our package. The gentleman who was working was friendly and hospitable, and worked with a sense of urgency. This location is undergoing a well needed refurbishment and I'm loving what I'm seeing because it's very fresh and brings it into the modern day!

On top of that, the A/C never seems to work properly, and it's extremely hot inside. I really felt for the employees, who continue working hard despite the uncomfortable conditions. The two young ladies are always so kind and greet customers with a smile, no matter what. I especially want to thank Melissa, who helped me with my returns. She was incredibly patient, respectful, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Even with everything going on, she remained calm and professional. I truly appreciate her kindness because that's not something you find very often. I hope the store's issues are resolved soon because this team deserves a safe and comfortable workplace.
