My husband and I just purchased our first home in late October, and one of the major findings on the inspection report were roof fixes. These fixes included some moss and leaves on the roof, exposed fasteners, water damaged fascia/barge board, improper flashing on the chimney, and leaky, corroded gutters (original to the house, 40 years old). We knew we had to address these issues before the winter rain started, so we reached out to some folks on Yelp for help. Dana with Skyline Roofing responded quickly, and offered to come out the next day to take a look at our roof in order to provide us with a quote. I also provided him with the inspection report so that he could see the issues the inspector highlighted. Dana went the extra mile and provided us with four quotes based on the differing services we needed to bring our roof up to standard. Dana helped me navigate a skylight repair during the winter months. Throughout the process he was very communicative with the timeline, keeping me informed of what he was planning to do and when the work would take place as it can be weather dependent. Even without the roof anchors, Dana got up there and checked things out then showed me pictures.
