Regus Concourse 5 is practically set up to destroy dreams and business. Bad salespeople and…read morecustomer service. Be very careful how you relate to the salespeople and local management. Read every line of the contract before signing the lease. They are very deceptive and untruthful. I have been here for some years. When attempting to rent a space, look carefully at the contract. The manager that signed me up, signed me for 3 years contract without my knowledge. Who on earth enters a 3-year contract lease when there's one year option? Make sure you read the lease, don't just sign. I attempted to change it when it was over, they renewed it for another three years still without my knowledge. On daily basis, when they attempt to reach clients, they send mail to your regular personal email, but when they want to lock you into bad contracts, they send mail to your portal and will not copy your personal mail. Once locked into a contract, they will never allow you expand to larger spaces. For three years I have appealed to get a bigger office, they refused but will be quick to advertise that expansion is possible, it is all deception, they only accept expansion on their terms. You can never grow your business on this location. The salespeople are deceptive and would deceptively lock you into contract. Ten years ago, customer service was excellent, clients were treated with respect, I have been here that long, today, Regus Concourse is a shadow of itself. You hardly find clients who want to complete their leases because of bad customer service, worst they will tell you when signing up that you can expand to larger offices when they become available, it's all a lie, I am a tenant here presently, it is a lie. I will never renew! If you need to grow ur business, look for somewhere else!

Roam is a tremendously useful & modern way to do business. Instead of going to a stuffy office…read moresuite rental place (e.g. Regis) or to a noisy, crowded Starbucks, come work in this hip, membership driven cafe and workspace. Amenities include lightning fast wi-fi, a tasty coffee shop where you can grab smooth coffee, teas and light snacks. Most importantly they offer a wide variety of work settings to fit any style, including long tables, counters, restaurant style booths in addition to well appointed private meeting rooms in a variety of sizes. The other members tend to be passionate entrepreneurs, home office workers and small business owners who have no need for traditional brick and mortar offices of their own. I feel inspired by the energy given off by all the creative types that frequent this establishment. Roam feeds into the clientele by offering up interesting educational topics on a regular basis (lunch and learns, motivational breakfasts, etc). They offer secure mail box service where they will receive your business snail mail for an additional fee. Think of this place for your team's meeting instead of the same old hotel conference room. The equipment is modern and already set up to handle your coaching needs- wall mounted white boards, flat screen TVs ready to connect to your laptop and a variety of refreshments for your group. I would also recommend doing your job interviews in this environment. No membership? No worries since they sell single day visits. Make sure and ask for a tour of the facility-- I think you'll be impressed. This is a chic way to do business.

Having lived in a co-working ecosystem for the better part of 5 months now [at roam, OHub] I can…read moresay that Roam offers premier quality in terms of service, satisfaction and venue. As a fan of Atlanta, I always have to point out that their locations aren't perfect for out-of-towners. Thus, if you are flying in or need to host an event in the city Opportunity Hub is your best bet. That said, I feel Roam has gotten too granular in their revenue streams, especially for a company whose main competitor is sitting at home or Starbucks for many suburbanites. My recommendation to grow loyalty and generate [coffee] buzz? Free coffee before noon & better access to water. The owners have done a great job otherwise. I'm a fan and in Atlanta there are enough entrepreneurs and business owners for everyone.
