When we called, Felicia took our call--she was very responsive, professional, and friendly, which set a positive tone right from the start. Shortly after, Juan Carmona, the maintenance technician, arrived and resolved all the issues in a matter of minutes. He was not only extremely professional but also very friendly and courteous throughout the entire visit. It's clear that Juan takes great pride in his work, and his dedication to excellent service really stood out. We truly appreciate both Felicia's and Juan's efforts. Their whole staff teamwork and commitment to great service make living at Park at Abernathy Square a wonderful experience. Thank you!

From the manager, Megan and the rest of the staff, Felicia, Dave, Marcus and K'Niqua, they are all very friendly and professional. We inquired about a bigger apartment to transfer into. They found us one right away and started the transfer process the same day. The apartment was clean and ready to move in. Maintenance usually comes a few seconds after you put in a request. If you are looking for a safe community with great amenities in Sandy Springs GA then Park at Abernathy should be your first stop on your apartment hunt.

Roam is a tremendously useful & modern way to do business. Amenities include lightning fast wi-fi, a tasty coffee shop where you can grab smooth coffee, teas and light snacks. Most importantly they offer a wide variety of work settings to fit any style, including long tables, counters, restaurant style booths in addition to well appointed private meeting rooms in a variety of sizes. The other members tend to be passionate entrepreneurs, home office workers and small business owners who have no need for traditional brick and mortar offices of their own. I feel inspired by the energy given off by all the creative types that frequent this establishment. Roam feeds into the clientele by offering up interesting educational topics on a regular basis (lunch and learns, motivational breakfasts, etc). They offer secure mail box service where they will receive your business snail mail for an additional fee. Think of this place for your team's meeting instead of the same old hotel conference room. The equipment is modern and already set up to handle your coaching needs- wall mounted white boards, flat screen TVs ready to connect to your laptop and a variety of refreshments for your group. I would also recommend doing your job interviews in this environment. No membership? No worries since they sell single day visits. Make sure and ask for a tour of the facility-- I think you'll be impressed. This is a chic way to do business.

As a fan of Atlanta, I always have to point out that their locations aren't perfect for out-of-towners. Thus, if you are flying in or need to host an event in the city Opportunity Hub is your best bet. That said, I feel Roam has gotten too granular in their revenue streams, especially for a company whose main competitor is sitting at home or Starbucks for many suburbanites. My recommendation to grow loyalty and generate [coffee] buzz? Free coffee before noon & better access to water. The owners have done a great job otherwise. I'm a fan and in Atlanta there are enough entrepreneurs and business owners for everyone.

(2) What is the average amount of time between the published listing date and the closing date? (3) Of your closed sales, what is the average percentage difference between the asking price and the selling price? After substantial review and vetting of agents, we hired Karen Cannon. The result? We received multiple offers within the first weekend on the market. We had a signed contract by the following week. We closed - smoothly - within a month. And we sold for 103.1% of asking price - 16K over asking price. Done and done. The results speak for themselves. Karen is more than a listing agent. She actively markets your home using technologies other agents don't use - the 3D tour enabled our buyers to make decisions before physically entering the home. She engages buyers' agents in direct dialogue - getting you valuable feedback the ShowingTime questionnaires just can't provide. And she knows how to negotiate... Karen is a business woman that takes her business seriously. Key to success: You MUST listen to Karen. From prepping and staging your home, to considering different pricing strategies - trust that she knows what she's doing. We did, and it was the best home-selling decision we made. Karen Cannon is THE ONLY agent we would work with again.

You want to work with people who know the community and have your best interests in mind. But you also want results. We have earned a reputation as the most trusted and fastest growing independent real estate firm in North Atlanta for a reason. We've built a better way to sell homes. Our Realtors have the support of a full-time marketing specialist, listing coordinator and closing coordinator. We provide professional photography and videography, home staging, 3D virtual tours and social media promotion on every listing. That allows our agents to focus on the most important aspect of their jobs: getting to know our clients, and helping them reach their goals. And, because we work as a team, we have a licensed agent available to show a home every day of the year. Every agent on our team has been chosen for his or her professionalism, industry knowledge and connection to the community. We live and work in your neighborhood. We have the skill to get the job done, and the heart to make sure it's done right. For us, real estate is not a part-time job or a passive career. We come to work every day ready to perform. We set high standards and live up to them through focus and dedication. At Karen Cannon, Realtors, your home is our business.

What's crazy about this situation is that these were supposed to be family friends. I purchased my 1st home using Andrew Morgan as my real estate agent, and put full trust in Page and Andrew. Big mistake. I've wound up in the worst financial position of my life because internally these people are as dishonest as it gets. My inspection was basically botched, and I've wound up with a home that is borderline unlivable, and unfortunately I can't afford to fix much. I was looking for something that cosmetically could use some work, but functionally was sound. I told this to Andrew directly, but instead I would up with a house that has severe problems. The first week I moved in - I had 7 roof leaks and my master bedroom ceiling caved in. An extension of the house that was originally a car port also has problems. The wall facing the front yard where a large window was put in, originally a brick wall for the carport, leaks water down the wall when it rains heavily. I noticed there was calk along the floor because of this - again not disclosed. I got a contractor out to take a look and they said likely when this space was redone, a weather barrier was never put in place. A roof boot was also supposed to put around the electrical mast in my closing contract, and that was never done. So this spot also leaks water into my house when it rains heavily. My furnace, which was supposed to be serviced and in operating condition (part of my closing contract) went out the second week I lived here on the coldest day of the year. It cost me $1000 to fix. I then quickly discovered the house can't maintain temperature because there is zero, not kidding, zero insulation in the house. When it's below 60 degrees, my thermostat can not get above 55. For one month in the winter - my electric is above $500 for a 1400 square foot house, and my gas is above $400. When confronting Page about this she said "You think it's the seller's responsibility to disclose this"? Absolutely, Page. I think when a house literally can't maintain temperature and utilities for a single month are $1000 for a small house, I do think it should be disclosed. This problem is reversed in the summer, and the house can't cool. It gets above 80 inside. Additionally, there was a Norwegian roof rat infestation on the property I also had to deal with, getting exterminators out to the property. My water heater constantly trips and has to be reset, meaning on any given day I never know if I get to take a warm shower or not. The master shower, which was supposed to be repaired via my closing contract, is also a joke. It's basically unusable because the floor is unstable (crawl space) and the shower head pipe has fallen out of the wall. The night before putting an offer on the house - I looked over the inspection and saw a lot of red notes, but honestly things I didn't quite understand. I asked Andrew what his thoughts are, and he said none of them were a major concern. That turned out to be a big joke. His words were "This is a great house, and it's a great investment". When confronting Page about the issues present, her response was "Well we were under the impression that the house was in poor condition, but you wanted to make an offer anyways." Are you kidding me? Tell your son to tell you what he told me about this being such a great house and great investment. These people typically sell multi million dollar homes in the East Cobb area, and I gave Andrew a chance to tap out early on because I started to get the feeling that he wasn't taking the time to really listen to me, or show me houses that I was most interested in. He said not to worry, so I went against my better judgment because they were supposed to be family friends. I was naive to trust them, and I hope others take caution.
