My face was swollen and I was in so much pain my headaches caused blurry vision. I saw a female dentist and after the x-rays I was told it was too advanced to do anything and she just sent me on my way referring me to an oral surgeon. That oral surgeon called and couldn't get me in until September... Thought that was odd. I then called my original dentist, explained the emergent situation and they got me in, just a general dentist, and he solved the issue in about 20 minutes. Just kind of disappointed in that experience, made me very nervous and untrusting of this office.

Their efficiency is amazing, and the level of caring and concern is as well. They will take all the time you could possibly need to explain and answer your questions as well as issues they find. The first thing that struck me was that this was an office with a very happy and well cared for staff. The shortest employment on staff has been there 8 or 9 years, the longest from the beginning in the early 1980's. Employee retention always says a lot in my book. All in all, they had my trust 10 minutes into our appointment-that's never happened before for me with a dentist. A follow-up two days ago for a filling was no different. It was done in under 40 minutes and when the anesthesia had worn off (it was a rear molar), my bite was perfect, and I couldn't tell any changes had been made.
