Then I went to drive home - no one said I would need a driver. I drove a short way and discovered I shouldn't drive. I have no cell phone and have a handicap tag because I can't walk far. It did not go well. And they are charging me over $200. I cancelled the surgery. Don't go.

Somehow while adjusting the frames they broke the stem off…read more The woman wanted nothing else to do with me saying she couldn't help me because they weren't under warranty and I should go to a jeweler and have them soldered. I told her she needed to do something I wasn't leaving without a pair of glasses but she insisted there was nothing she could do and wanted me to leave. I made her call the owner who was very accommodating and said to pick out any set of frames and would have a new set of lenses for Me the next day which he did to did When I went back to pick up the new glasses the next day the receptionist would not put on the silicone nose piece or do an adjustment just wanted me to leave. The owner was very nice and helpful the girls at the front Desk are horrible I will never go back
