I spent the whole day going back and forth with their rep (Ole) about our wedding package and pricing. They assured us they had availability on our date and even sent over the contract. But just as we were getting ready to send in the deposit check and sign, they dropped the bombshell: our date was no longer available because it had been booked by someone else. This left us scratching our heads, especially since we were just about to seal the deal and had sent the contract in literally seconds before they hit us with this news. We were hoping for better transparency, especially when we were in the midst of finalizing everything on our end the same day. Plus, it would've been nice to get quicker responses to our questions throughout our communication, which I believe would have sped up this process in its entirety. Why send us a contract if someone is in the middle of booking the same date and tell us it's available (same day)? Overall my husband and I are very disappointed and had higher expectations given their reputation.

Our edited video to share was beautiful! We were surprised to find out that he went to our venue the day before to get drone shots. He is very creative and knows what will look good on video. He had not met us or the photographers before the wedding, but worked really well with everyone to capture our big day.
