DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are the worse. I purchased 3 very expensive tickets 5 years ago…read morethrough groupon. I'm an American living in Germany. I have made OVER a dozen appointments only to have them cancelled and they won't refund my money. I've contacted them to be give the spiel about safety and that I could be put on urgent list (has never called once). I completely understand about safety (really do you have to tell me that?) but after FIVE years? Ridiculous! When people pay a lot of money for a service, you provide it or give them their money back. My plan is to contact my legal insurance on Monday and see what they can do. Do not use. You might as well throw your money out the window. I've been more than patient.
