The inner space had a very calm vibe and I enjoyed my head and foot massage, but would have liked more neck work and less facial, as I assumed scalp massage would be a larger part of the treatment and not just 30 seconds of dry frictioning. Since the options were limited, I wasn't able to book treatments I would have gone with and didn't love the oil and lotion being left on me at the end of the massage, but I enjoyed the red light mask, cold gua sha, and foot massage and my masseuse was incredibly friendly and personable. Overall I liked the experience, but it was difficult to book online and I'm not sure I'd recommend visiting until all their treatments are available and the space is a bit more luxurious.

I'll admit that was difficult for me at first, but wonderful once my nervous system caught up. Bring a book and read in one of the little nooks surrounding the pool. Breathe deeply in the herbal sauna or bask in the glow of the infrared one. Enjoy the roman baths, or book a treatment for the ultimate relaxation experience.
