They had the car on a Friday, I dropped it off on Thursday evening. They never contacted me that it was complete so since they close at 4pm on Friday I showed up. The car was not finished, but they did not ask to keep it an additional day. They just set it outside, took the money and considered their work done. Upon closer inspection between the seats and console it had not even been vacuumed. That's distressing since the carpet was "shampooed"...so now we shampoo over debris and dirt? The interior surfaces were no more than wiped with something like an Armor-All product. The wax job, a week later doesn't even bead up water. I wouldn't have written a review, I would just never go back but yesterday I was packing for a trip and looked under the back seat and found debris, hair, and dog biscuits. Full disclosure, I bought the car used and have not had a dog in this car. This is a lesson learned, never again. They had offered me a 10% discount to do my second car...uh, no thanks. Another $200 for a job that I can complete at a self serve carwash. I'm good. I advise you, check everything, I did not. I trusted them to be honest, respectable and professional after reading reviews. They were none of this. I hesitate to post this review as I don't want to hear from them and I simply don't trust them to do it any better if they offered. Buyer beware. On a positive note...Wanda working the office was a complete joy, its a shame their work was so poor.

I called my insurance company who helped me look up local towing companies in Frankfort as I was just south of Frankfort. I called Gaeta and he came out quickly to tow my car (as I have a convertible with no spare) to Discount Tire in Lafayette so I could get it replaced. I requested that company because the set of tires I had on the car was from them and I knew they give a refund on the unused tire wear on the 4 tires plus one free tire for the one that almost blew so this would save me a little over $400 with the free tire and the discounts on the other 3. And get me back with a national company that has locations near my home for future tire rotations and warranties like I already had. That is a big savings! I was really in a predicament being so far from home (South Carolina) traveling to IL to see family, with no spare and on the side of the highway and Gaeta Towing saved the day!! Truly!
