The folks that deal with the scheduling, delivery and installation have been very professional and follow up has been prompt. Garden time has 4 locations - Clifton Park (Halfmoon), Queensbury, Wilton and Rutland, VT. This particular location seems to have the most onsite stock to look at (I have driven through the Wilton location and past Queensbury a few time). There's an online catalog as well.
