But, when I input the name, lo and behold, it's there. I'm in the process of looking for another apartment, as I'm extremely disappointed in my current complex. Also, this Review is based on pre-tour interaction with the new owner, and Property Manager. And, the 2/2 unit that I toured. Now, some old Google reviews gave only 1 Star due to the failure of the PM not returning phone calls, or E-mails. I originally responded to a Facebook ad for this complex on Saturday. So, being the weekend, no reply was received until Monday morning. However, as I was replying to the owner's IM, the PM had sent me an E-mail, along with the Rental Application, and other documents. Also, the PM was very prompt and responsive to my questions. So, 5 Stars for service. Even with the roadside marquee, it's easy to miss the road leading into the complex. It's also located by 2 commercial companies. Unfortunately, like most of the places here, there is no covered parking, or assigned spaces. The complex is undergoing some improvements. But, overall, it is a clean complex. Since the unit is still undergoing renovation, some appliances were missing. As was one of the drawers in the kitchen. I did find the kitchen to be on the small side. And, even though it has plenty of cabinet space, there are only 2 drawers of different sizes. Also, the cabinet doors have seen better times (not sure if they're being updated, or not). So, for those who like to cook, it will because challenge. As a 2 +2, the bedrooms are about the same size. Personally, I would have preferred a 2 + 1, and have a larger Master bedroom. Also, the closet in the Guest bedroom is larger than in the bedroom. The bathrooms have grab bars by both the toilet, and in the tub. A very good idea anywhere. There's inside space for a side-by-side washer and dryer. But, they aren't included. So, 3 Stars for the design, and kitchen. And, there's a small storeroom just next door to the apartment in the covered breezeway. A decent apartment for a good price. I'm still looking, as I would prefer a larger kitchen, and assigned parking. But, this place is definitely on my short list.

Where to get started...hmmm? Well I moved in to these apts…read morewhen i moved back to the area for school. I was looking online and over the phone for most of my search since I was moving from AZ. From looking at there website and ads they seemed like a pretty decent fit for me. Cheap rent, alright location, and most importantly pet friendly-since i have a big dog. Hard to find a decent place that is cheap and dog friendly. I had my mom and step-dad go check this place out for me and they liked it. So before I moved back to town I went ahead and got the ball moving to move in. Well we i got in town and check out the place it was not as great as i thought it would be. But they keeping talking about and pointing out that the place was going under a major remodel. Pretty soon we were supposed to have these great amenities. So far the new pool and office proved that they were actually going to do the overhaul of the apts. Also the apts that had been redone were nice looking so I decided to move in. I don't want to go into a ton of detail but so far after moving in nothing has gone right. They are not finishing the remodel. The place has gotten worse looking everyday. There are quite a few strange characters that live here as well. About two weeks ago this place was turned over to a different management company so who knows what is going to happen to these apts. Most of the apts are empty because they were supposed to be remodeling them. It sorta seems like I live a step above squatting sometimes. When I can afford it I am going to move far away from these apts and the deceiving company that ran them.
