In the past, they also took photos before starting, but this time there was no consultation or photos--just being placed in a room to wait. They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. My husband's chair was placed in the back of the room right under the fountain light. Before I had a chance to say something, they announced, we will be closing the door and shutting off the lights. Therefore, I didn't say anything, assuming this would include the fountain light my hubby was under. It wasn't. His light remained on. He tried his best to use the blanket he grabbed to cover his eyes from the brightness. I couldn't enjoy my own experience knowing he was placed in such an awkward position in the room. Once the session was over, I kindly asked the staff member to stay back so I can show her that his chair was placed right under the light in an awkward corner of the room. She immediately said, well you could have moved the chair around. We actually couldn't have based on the size of the room and them bringing us in at a later time, when everyone was already laying down in their chairs with their blankets. Overall, I tried to voice our disappointment with the experience in a respectful and discreet way. The employee became defensive instead of listening to our concerns. She chose to argue back. The employee finally said sorry once we were at the check out counter in-front of everyone, making it more awkward for me & my husband. We paid everything in advance, and when we were trying to leave, she stopped us and said she needed to check we were good to go. Making us stay there longer, just waiting. We don't recommend this place due to the customer service. They only offered a 50 discount for a future experience with an expiration date. We don't plan to come back.

I eventually decided I wanted to self-inject instead of continuing treatment through GameDay Health. I was upfront with the Nurse Practitioner about my plans, and he told me he would speak with Garrett, the owner, so we could work something out where I could still get my blood work done through them and have my labs reviewed. About a week later, Garrett called me regarding my cancellation. I explained that although I was discontinuing treatment, I still wanted to continue using them for blood work and lab reviews. He told me that wouldn't be an issue. A month later, when I contacted them for blood work, Garrett informed me the price would now be $200 instead of the original $100. His explanation was that he had to make money off it and couldn't work for free. While I wasn't happy about the sudden price change, I let it go. Recently, I contacted the office again to have the Nurse Practitioner review my lab results as previously discussed. At that point, I was told he could no longer speak with me because I was no longer a patient, despite previously assuring me he would still help review my labs. As a business owner for over 15 years, I strongly believe in doing right by clients and honoring your word, regardless of the situation. In this case, it felt like profit became more important than following through on commitments that were made to a customer. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking into other GameDay Health locations or other clinics in the area, as there are plenty of options available.
