He guided me through where my problem areas where and listened to what my desired outcome was. He was very patient with me even though I was super nervous! I arrived at 3:35 PM for my 4:00 PM appointment. The receptionist asked if I was there for a "repeat," and I said yes, assuming that meant using the same product as my previous visit. I was then taken to a room. By 4:20 PM, the injector still hadn't come in, so I decided to step out and ask about rescheduling. At that point, the receptionist told me the injector was about to come in and was "drawing up the medication." I questioned how the amount could be determined without first consulting me, especially since my last visit was a year ago, prices may have changed, and I had questions. The receptionist repeated that I was there for a "repeat," but their definition seemed to go beyond what a customer would reasonably expect. In the past, they also took photos before starting, but this time there was no consultation or photos--just being placed in a room to wait. I feel so much better! Wendy listened to what I wanted and made suggestions that I didn't even know were possible. This is exactly the subtle change I was looking for, and it was worth every penny. Very informative staff, welcoming, experienced, and been around for 20+ yrs. I wanted someone who is tactful but also honest and that's exactly what I got during my IPL/Fraxel consult. I have medium skin tone and want to get rid of my freckles & even out pigmentation issues - the sooner the better. I decided on the Fraxel laser treatment. Scheduled a session this weekend with Physician Assistant and i will update this review with my results. Best part is their affordable prices!!! Like over 100% cheaper. For fraxel, most charge at least $1600+ versus $800. I'd NEVER skimp on quality for a cheaper price, especially when it comes to my face and very sensitive skin. After much research, i was confident this was the right place. 1) Voted best in the Inland Empire for 4 yrs, 2) the staff is a walking advertisement - all have amazing skin and previous patients, and 3) nice skilled staff. Stay tuned... I'm very happy with the improvements and my recovery timeline is below. -------- ** After Fraxel Update ** 5-7 days - all scabs/brown has peeled off and skin is looking radiant and pink. Felt hot, prickly like a bad sunburn and tight after procedure and kept darkening up to 24 hours. Discomfort lasted up to 48 hours and ugly peeling was mostly gone by day 5. I came in for follow-up around this time and they took pictures for comparison. Anyone could see the HUGE improvement in less than 1 week! 1 month - face no longer feeling "tight" and definitely no discomfort. Complexion is visibly more even-toned, freckles lighter, and reddish areas (mostly cheeks or under eyes) are lessening daily. Easy to cover with makeup. 2 months - reapplying Sunscreen is becoming a good habit. Waffling/marks from laser are still visible to me only but overall skin is glowing. No coverup needed. 3+ months - LOVE my cleaner clearer looking complexion. Waffle marks and any indication i had fraxel laser are gone. Less makeup since my skin is basically flawless. Definitely recommend fraxel!! Now/4+ months: Going to schedule 2nd fraxel treatment and repeating as necessary. They said it's ok to get another fraxel treatment after 8 weeks. I am so thankful I found this place!! Like many I knew I wanted some procedures done but it's really scary to try and figure out where to go. Kybella didn't work for me. I got 4 treatments and didn't see any changes. I got this at the end of September and they say it takes about 6 weeks. It's been now more than 6 weeks, I wouldn't pay for more treatments since I didn't see any with 4. I don't recommend kymbella, too expensive for no results. read more

MYERS COCKTAIL AND LASER HAIR REMOVAL REVIEW! I have been coming to West Point Med Spa since January of this year. I found them on yelp after searching for a laser hair removal spa near me. I was set up for my first treatment and have had astounding results. Today, I went in for another treatment, reluctantly due to me feeling under the weather. I mentioned this to the front office staff and let them know I was not feeling well since this weekend. My daughter came down with something and I was feeling like I was too. I had a severe headache to the point where nothing took it away for three days. I am a nurse so I tried everything you could imagine from tension releasing neck exercises, warm compresses, migraine relief over the counter meds, ibuprofen, massage... EVERYTHING. Unexpectedly, Melanie, the esthetician/administrative hero advised that they had a "Myers Cocktail" as in the vitamin superhero IV! I had heard of it from a colleague of mine who went on vacation in Miami and received it after "a good night out" on the town. She raves about how wonderful it made her feel after her horrible hangover. Melanie advised Dr Bembi who was on staff at the time and he spoke to me briefly and asked what my symptoms were. I mentioned the headache along with several other symptoms that had knocked me down overnight. He advised an added vitamin C and glutathione supplement be added to the cocktail. I agreed, knowing this amazing antioxidant glutathione does wonders to our bodies and it's natural defense against disease and free radicals. I decided to give it a try. Wendy (the absolute most gentle, empathetic, educated PA I have had the pleasure of knowing) who also does my laser hair removal, mentioned she would be participating with Dr Bembi and their other female doctor (I cannot remember her name off hand). I agreed and they started the IV. Within one hour, I was done. I woke up after dozing off because they make it so comfy for you to relax with the lights off during your IV session. My migraine was GONE. It has been gone since 3 pm and I am writing this at 11 pm! THREE DAYS WITH THIS HEADACHE AND NOW POOF! GONE! I felt a burst of energy and before I literally couldn't stay awake from the pain and overall lethargy caused by whatever virus I caught. I told the staff I did not want to jinx it and hoped I would still feel as great as I did then, tonight. Well, thanks to the miracle Myers Cocktail and the amazing staff at Westpoint, I am going to sleep like a baby tonight. As for the laser hair removal.. I have done 6 treatments and about 98% of all areas I had treated are hairless! I did not get my last treatment today because I honestly felt terrible and after the cocktail I am so happy to feel better. Laser hair removal is always there and I was able to reschedule with them another time. This staff is truly incredible. From Melanie and Anna to PA Wendy, Dr Bembi and everyone there. The other day we had unfortunate situation, my son was attacked & bitten by a dog. I called in advance and spoke w/ Jasmine A. to give them heads up we were coming in. When I met my family there at West Point Medical Center he was already taken in and being assessed. Comes to find out I came to the wrong location. Jasmine took the time to calm and comfort my children and redirected us to the right location and even called the other Urgent Care to confirm their hours and address before sending us off. She even went the extra mile by escorting him out to the car with such care. The fact she truly showed compassion and eager to want to help us goes beyond words of appreciation! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unfortunately. I went in for a minor facial treatment that resulted in some uneven appearance. When I came back to show Wendy, I was told they would correct it if I paid for the correction. Even though they offered a discount, I didn't agree with having to pay for them to correct an error they made. I asked Lily if anything could be done, got the same answer. Asked to speak with the Doctor (Bendhi) and was told he is not available for almost a month for a conversation. Additionally, they took s $50 deposit to hold the appointment. I had to call and request they refund but I was initially told that it was a cost associated with my treatment, I pointed out that I paid in another manner the full cost and after some back and forth she agreed to credit my card, as it was an error. The people were nice but I can't in good conscience recommend people go to a place that won't own and correct their errors. I just want people considering this to know what to expect. If I had this info prior to appointment I probably would have selected somewhere else. read more
