They did an EXCELLENT job, and I was impressed, which doesn't happen very often. There was a couple of minor issues about the alley, it was muddy and very wet, but this company fixed every issue there was. I have always been told that I am too direct and very hard to please. One was a pear tree that split down the middle and couldn't be saved, but he cut it up and put it on curb to be hauled away. The rest were saved, like my precious trees planted in memory of my mom. Tree does still seem a little lopsided with some longer branches hanging out past the sidewalk... I should've checked before they left but I suppose it has something to do with the balance of the mass of the tree as a whole.
