They found the issue (coolant hose) and fixed it quickly for a decent price so i was happy about that. Fast forward, I picked up my vehicle expecting the issue to be resolved, the next work week I went to start my car and it immediately was overheating. The coolant was full and I've never had this issue before so it was obviously an error on their part as this was my first time handling the car since pickup. I called about the issue they demanded I have it towed to them on my own dollar and even if they found out the issue was due to them they would not cover towing. The lady on the phone even went as far to blame me for the issue. Very disappointed with the service at this point I decided to just bite the bullet and cover the towing in hopes of them fixing the issue they caused free of charge vs another business that would surely charge me as they did not service the car originally. Unfortunately that was not the case they continued to blame me for the new overheating issue while coolant was full on me and insisted on charging me again for their mistake. This business was extremely unprofessional from the receptionist to the service providers, I would highly recommend spending your hard earned $$ at a more understandable and less money hungry small business!!

It turns out that both the Starter and Alternator were fine and it was just a battery cable. I appreciate the honesty and finding out the repair needed was minor compared to what I thought it was. I have now had three good experiences with Duck Creek. I will definitely be back if and when I have another issue. I really trust these guys.

Yes, your oil change be cheaper versus going to a dealership , but you must first decide if it's worth the hassle! On another occasion, it took three times to change our oil! 1st they couldn't set the sensors right then they overfilled the oil, twice! We had to return two times to get the oil drained off! The staff at their new sister location in Moline, Illinois are just as capable, well-trained, and efficient in diagnosing automobile issues as their counterparts in their other location in Davenport! I had unknown issues with my Lexus' air-conditioning system and wisely brought my vehicle to the Moline location. In a matter of a few hours, they were able to trace the problem to a faulty switch, probably saving me 100s if not 1000s of dollars in unnecessary charges! Even let me borrow a loaner car because I was in a jam. Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced in any genre of service. They also warned me of some other potential mechanical issues that may be developing, but in no way tried to force other repairs on me...said it could wait until I got back home. Price for the new water pump was under what I should have paid. I even saw the staff hugging another lady on my way out the door due to her being so thankful for these guys. Unreal mechanics and customer service...you can't go wrong!!
