When asked whether that meant 30 minutes from 12:00, the appointment time, or 30 minutes from now, max responded "an hour....Or 2 it'll be whenever they finish up the job that they're on". So I informed him I would just move everything myself. He then followed up saying they could be there in 10 minutes, which I don't think any reasonable person would believe given their performance so far. The owner max is a complete and total joke and the furthest thing from a professional, I will include below a sampling of the wonderful ways he feels appropriate to communicate with customers after he misses an appointment. In all I'd give them 0 stars if possible. I could care less that they were late, the frustration stems entirely from Max's failure to communicate. All max had to do was apologize for the obvious mistake on his end. Update, owner replied. I didn't rush anyone, and I was absolutely rude when you didn't show up and offered zero communication or apology. You then gave shifting estimates on when they would arrive so yes due to your management, or lack thereof, I opted to move it myself
