My biggest complaint is the scheduling system, more specifically rescheduling and cancellations. It is almost impossible to cancel an appointment or talk to an actual human on the phone. I had to cancel an appointment due to me of my children getting sick, I tried to cancel over the phone but was sent to a voicemail which I'm assuming they don't listen to. I was then considered a "no show" for the appointment I tried to cancel on the phone. They try and charge you $50 for that no show. The communication is a joke. Avoid.
