The staff are overwhelmed, there is a high turnover in rehabs because addicts, and those of us with co-occurring disorders, are not the easiest clients to deal with: give them some grace. I had to cancel an appointment due to me of my children getting sick, I tried to cancel over the phone but was sent to a voicemail which I'm assuming they don't listen to. I was then considered a "no show" for the appointment I tried to cancel on the phone. They try and charge you $50 for that no show. The communication is a joke. Avoid.
