That came to see a small bathroom issue took the time to make sure she was doing ok, The chef that made sure she understood the menu. Our family has nothing but respect for everyone at the Center. They made us feel that she was in good hands everyday as we left the building. Her care team was AWSOME! But her Physical Therapy's that made her gain her confidence to walk again ware God send. This was our true and honest experience, we our very thankful.

Kaiser/ medicare pays for 21 days of pt so supposedly lowry discharged me when I was sent to hospital cause its 700.00 a day so when I went back there after my surgery I thought 21 days would start over but didn't find out that my 21 days ended july 6th and case worker came to my room a week after said I was approved for 7-10 days well another person came to my room on july 11th said my 21 days was up on july 6th a d my copay was 203.00 a day and I told her well brandy case worker had just told me I was approved for 7-10 days this person said yes you are approved but you have gone over 21 days so there's a copay plus for the 7- 10 days approved i told person brandy never told me anything about when 21 days was up or there's a copy for what I just got approved so when my wife found out on the 13th july she called brandy and asked her why she failed to tell me about 21 days was up and didn't tell why she didn't say got approved for more days but didn't tell me about copay brandy said we'll we can try to get it approved without copay wife told her she scamming patients by not telling when she knew and called her a lying bitch wife called me said she's comming to get me next day but discharge wasn't till the 14th wife said we were not paying for anymore days its going to be 1800.00 so I'm home and even though I liked the pt department I advise you DO NOT GO To This SNf care at lowry there's no pt on sat i guess and couple Sundays I didn't get ant pt the reason I was there to be able to walk get strength back but it felt like a nursing home so if when I get a bill for 9 days I need to get days I didn't get pt taken off so if you do go there and insurance only pays for x amount if days keep track and when they say you been approved for more days ask how much us going to cost me

If I could give a '0' I would. My father came here for therapy around his recent back surgery. He…read morewas suppose to be in there for 10 days, but because of the nasty and unsanitary conditions there, he ended up getting an infection that required another surgery. The living conditions have been unacceptable at best. The wheel chair that they used to transport him to his room was covered with slimmy ooze, the floors are so sticky that my mom almost fell from her shoes sticking to the floor/carpet. The staff only offer a shower 2 times a week and didn't even think to clean him in between showers. My father is pre-diabetic and the staff gave him nothing more than pudding for dinner one night, which is absolutely unacceptable! When he rang his buzzer to ask for assistance, the staff doesn't respond. He ended up having to get out of bed and walk himself to the bathroom which was highly dangerous for him, but he was desperate. We are looking to move him from this place ASAP!!! This is clearly some place you send someone to die, not to get better.

They are absolutely the best, like family members that you love. From the front desk all the way throughout the building, every single person cares about your family member that is there. My mom has some special needs that I needed to discuss with the staff, we came away from our meeting feeling confident that I was heard and my mom would get the care that she needs. My mom's room is nice and spacious, compared to what I've seen at other places. The entire facility is clean, and well taken care of. I would highly recommend doing what we did, taking the time to research and speak with the people at LCCA if you have someone that needs long-term skilled nursing. I'd give the staff ten stars! !

My daughter, D has been struggling with Ketamine addiction for years. After careful research, we…read morechose Cedar because they had decent reviews, were affiliated with the hospital, and also addressed process addictions like the cell phone. Unfortunately her therapist, Shannon, didn't understand Ketamine addiction or even how to help our daughter at all. Instead, Shannon O. belittled D, was very punitive, often taking away her 'tech time' because D brought coffee to a friend, or something else tiny. Even when D was opening up about her adoption and other (overdue) personal things that may have contributed to unhealthy choices, Shannon delayed giving her approved items we brought (shampoo, shorts) and discharged her four days early. In her own words, therapist Shannon literally asked our daughter if she needed to be there. Indeed the other residents and staff were shocked as our daughter had been attending meetings, getting along with all residents and was very much loved by the others. Shannon O. doesn't really care about peoples wellness. It seems Cedar only wants to get the residents on medication and into the affiliated sober houses at discharge.

The supervisor, Kevin, made the admission process a little less painful due to his gentle nature and compassion. I appreciated Kevins knowledge and experience within the complexities of co occurring morbidities. His ability to gather and communicate the necessary items for admission authorization was a true Godsend. I am looking forward to seeing my child return to a healthy happy path.
