We visited during a customer appreciation day, with lots of reduced prices on some very attractive items. After a quick look around, I discovered the clearance section, and found the perfect item (one of a kind) at a fraction of the original tag. Great service from all staff member who helped us out, including delivery. Now that we are home, the sofa is perfect, extremely comfortable, and looks perfect in our living room.

Bob showed me some repair parts(Sharkbite) that I was unaware of. Instead of sweating copper joints or using black plastic tubing and band clamps that would just fail again, I purchased the sharkbite, took it home and had a strong complete repair in about five minutes.
