Decent stay for the price. Stayed here with my dogs for a night after a long drive to Utah. They were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean. It was a bit worn down but can't complain for the price. The parking lot is open parking but you register your car. The reservation included a breakfast which had the typical eggs, waffles, oats, bread, bagel, yogurt, and fruit.

Hands down the worst motel/hotel experience I have ever had. I was on a road trip and just needed somewhere quick to stay. The area itself was the best part as it was near everything I needed. When I first got there they was this strange conversation between the guy at the desk and some guest. It was like they were talking in code about (things)...I wanted to turn around right then and there but my stay was prepaid and non refundable. 20 minutes after that I make it to my room. It was and clean. I went to sleep and woke up sweating. It was about 85 degrees in my room because the AC was broken. I tried to fix it myself then realized it wasn't happening so I call the 24 front desk. No answer. I walk down there and after ringing the bell and shouting a guy who was clearly sleep asks what do I want. I tell him the issue and he agrees to move me. By time I get to my new room it was about 3am in the morning. What ever you do don't stay here! There are plenty of other places near by. -MrBucketlist

    Uneven, broken, sliding door.

As I'm set organizing my room when I arrive, I realized my full size suitcase cannot fit in the closet where the suitcase rack is and I need to store it under the sink. Then, I need to go to the bathroom, #2, only to realize the sliding door won't close with my boyfriend there. While I'm going to the bathroom, it looks like the wall needs to be cleaned, and it looks like there's a dried up jizz stain on the wall next to me. After I leave the bathroom, on the wall next to me, I noticed that wallpaper is peeling off. So I went to call the front desk with the phone in the room, and dialed zero, which kept ringing with no answer. So I proceeded to use my cell phone to call the front desk, which seemed to work. So it doesn't seem that the phone in the room is connected to the same front desk phone number. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, there's blackout curtains, which makes the room nice and dark, the air conditioning worked well, and there's a variety of selection for Continental breakfast.

    The questionable fire alarm.

We worked with Maloi from group sales and she is a gem. We have stayed many places and this went 100% completely smoothly. I even had special requests as far as billing which was taken care of without a single problem. She was working from home but came in on check-out morning very early to handle any questions or problems. There were questions, but there were no problems. The front desk staff was amazing. Helped with everything eagerly, with a smile, and getting it done correctly. We had scary issues on an excursion and the staff jumped in to assist us when our group returned at midnight. I cannot say enough about the hotel and staff. This is not typical of other hotels. No frowns or sarcasm, no rolled eyes. Always smiles and solutions. I HIGHLY suggest this location. I waited for 5 minutes and no one came. So I decided to go to dinner and when I left I saw both of the employees smoking and on their phones outside. I figured they were on a break and didn't think much of it. But they still left the front desk unattended. I came back two hours later and both employees were still outside on their phones smoking. I went to the front desk again, waited for a few minutes without any service. I walked outside and asked if anyone was working...the guy decided to come in after his two hour smoke session. I asked for him to put a few items on my room. He said fine but needed my ID because one of the items was a beer. I said I didn't want the beer and left it on the counter and I walked away. He responded saying " you don't need to Give an attitude" and I responded that maybe one out of the two of them should pay attention to the front desk. Anybody there could easily have taken anything from their little store since they left it unattended. The lack of awareness and attitude from this guy was unacceptable and he has soured my opinion of this place of which I will never frequent again.

When I get to any hotel, I just want to get to the room and unwind after traveling. I walked in to my room here and it was a sauna! To top that off...the thermostat was not working either and I could not get the temp down an hour later. When I called the front desk, she was sympathetic and nice but said I had to pack up (I had fully unpacked) and come back down to get a new room since she was there by herself and they could not fix it. I did do that and got to a new room. The rest of the stay was fine but the initial part left a bad taste in my mouth.

Every employee here always has a smile on their face and is willing to go above and beyond all the time to make your experience what all hotel experiences should be. This stay the last at the Check in desk was overly accommodating to get us a room earlier than expected. We went up to our two room king suite and it was not only clean but the layout was impeccable. We have stayed at "two room" suites at embassy suites in the past that don't have a door to separate the rooms. This one was exactly what we needed. The microwave and larger fridge made it extra special to be able to cook some popcorn for our 5 year old at night as well as keep our drinks cold. The evening reception is always great even though it's overly simple. You can have 2 drinks per person from 5:30-7pm. They also had some pasta salad, perfectly ripe fruit (how they got it so good in January was beyond my understanding), chips and salsa and then some Chex mix and trail mix type food. It is crazy how these small things go such a long way. The pool was clean and a great size. There were a billion kids but what else do you expect in Utah? We didn't hear another person while in our room at all which made the nights sleep one of the best we have had in a very long time where we almost overslept the breakfast. The breakfast here is worth the little extra it will cost to stay here. They have more options than is even necessary. What consistently blows my mind is the happiness and willingness to help by the employees. They keep things clean all while having a smile and genuinely asking about our day and getting to know us. We will 100000% be back and probably sooner than later. Keep it up!!!

Other than that just some minor niggles that might keep me from a longer stay but were fine for one or two days. It's an older model, which is a good thing, better bones than the flimsy newer ones. You don't get vibrating of your furniture from rooms next to you stomping around and slamming stuff / kids jumping off everything, but as mentioned the one shared wall I had was pretty thin, fortunately no issue at night but during the day some dude was yabbering on his phone loudly in Spanish forever and it was reverberating through my room like he was giving a Telemundo TED talk in an auditorium. But with the bed off the wall in the room center this is manageable with white noise or ear plugs or something I guess. I didn't lose any sleep so w/e. Other than that my only minor complaints are kinda a tiny mini-fridge and no microwaves in the rooms (though there's a shared microwave on every floor by the ice machine, which they seem to keep very clean). That and the bed mattress was extra firm with a creaky boxspring, it was OK to sleep on but I guess the pillow top revolution hasn't made its way out here yet. For the good stuff: excellent customer service, the two ladies I talked to at the desk were always really pleasant and on top of everything, they send a nice text message ahead of arrival asking if they can set up your room with anything extra. Excellent showers, great expanded DirecTV cable package. Convenient location with tons of restaurants and Walmart / Target for groceries right nearby, just watch out for some of the worst drivers in the world in this area.
