He listened to everything I had to say and asked pertinent questions to obtain necessary case information. My case was fairly convoluted however he was able to obtain the result I desired. I honestly feel that the reason I am now safe is because of his hard work and diligence. He was very well educated with regard to evidence, statutes, etc. He worked harder than he probably should have during my hearing, which took much longer than expected. He was able to obtain necessary testimony and admit evidence incredibly effectively. I was under the impression that the defendant's attorney was nearly impossible to beat, and was fairly pessimistic regarding the result of my hearing because of this. Attorney Ribezzo was absolutely amazing and, in my opinion, completely changed my preconceptions of the defendant's attorney. I would strongly encourage anyone who has any legal issue to seek representation from Attorney Ribezzo. I cannot believe that anyone would retain this man and walk away dissatisfied. I'd been trying to test this case for years and finally thought I'd found the right partner. It would've been simple filings, I agreed to pay and was good for it, he seemed interested in the novel theory, I presented sample filings, and HE ACCEPTED IT. He told me to send the initial letters which I promptly did, I received the replies which I forwarded to him, but I never, ever heard from him again, not even when it became an issue of I need to know if we're doing this or I will be in default--just 100% ghosted me. No "sorry I just don't have time" or "I changed my mind"--that would've sufficed instead of allowing me to think he might still be out there if I could just catch him in the right moment. Aside from the rudeness of this, the unprofessionalism is breathtaking. Nobody wants to have to call a lawyer. If we do, it's often b/c something has gone horribly wrong, and we are particularly vulnerable. To treat people this way in that state is, to use a legal term, unconscionable.
