Their Cantonese Chow Mein is absolutely amazing and authentic tasting. I suggest you add some Chicken & Black Bean sauce (or something that you prefer) and mix it with the noodles in the Chow Mein and you will NOT be disappointed! I'm hard pressed to review anything bad about the place and the owner because truth be told, I've yet to have a "bad" dish in the last 2-3 years of going there for take-out. The only "complaint" I have would be the predicted "pick up" time he tells you when you place an order to pick up as it's usually off by a good 15-20 minutes. Oh, and they use too much filler (Cabbage/Carrots) but otherwise amazing! However, it's hard to be annoyed with the Chef because he truly is a passionate Chef, humble, polite, and personable even though the language barrier is present. Try them and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
