A attitude adjustment would be in order when making money off others misfortune. I have a close friend I found out went here and I only wish he came to me and kept what he used as collateral. He's probably given hundreds of loans over many years he was in business and most likely let most of them off not having to repay. His pride got in the way and I found out after the fact.
