Great place never packed when I go. Staff is nice and the A/C works which is great compared to some other ranges. Only reason for the 4 star review is that about 50% of the time when I go they are shut down for maintenance or I'm within one hour of close. Not anyone's fault but it probably makes more sense to list the hours you are open not including the last hour if you can't get into the range. Just my thought. Great place though highly recommend. FITS Indoor Range is amazing. All staff there are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The training programs are excellent. They are always willing to answer any questions you might have, and I have a lot of questions. They maintain the highest safety standards and also have a great supply of everything you need it want. This is the only women owned range and gunshop in the area. The instructors are always willing to help new and experienced shooters.

I've been here three times now and every time has been a decent experience. The employees are friendly and helpful and once you are signed in headed to your stall treat you like an adult. The stalls are a little small but well constructed and look like they will protect you if the knucklehead next to you pops one off in your direction. I've got 34 years of firearms experience military & police and it's kind of nice to shoot in peace without some old dude in your ear about all of his shooting knowledge while you're trying shoot or have a little fun with your kids. read more

The bf and I got a groupon for like $30 bucks each. Pretty good deal since a lane is like $11 , a box of 50 bullets is $20, and the price of your gun ranges depending on what gun you get. So I would say it probably would have cost us $60 without the voucher. Even though the fine print says a smartphone voucher is cool, its not. MAKE SURE YOU PRINT ONE OUT! When we called to ask about it one of he guys was kind of a jerk. Experience: Scared as hell at first bc the recoil from the revolver I had was really intense ( I'm just a chicken) Overall, it was great experience! The place was nice though. Went into this store to pick up a gun my wife had ordered online. In the first interaction with them the guy said "we don't have it" after USPS indicated it was delivered. After I got upset they finally admitted having the gun but then proceeded to make my wife wait until the NEXT DAY to pick up the gun. What a bunch of jerks! I will never set foot in this store again. Who wants to do business with a bunch of liars who treat customers this way? Their stuff is all overpriced too. You lied to our face, "we don't have it" upon our first interaction. Well, I posted this issue on their facebook page, and not only did they not respond, they removed the comment so nobody would see it! Obviously they have no intention of resolving the problem, so now I will post it to Yelp. They need to figure out a way for their customers to be able to pick up their pistols that are ready to be picked up, when the gunsmith is not there -- and especially on the days that he is supposed to be there, but is not. I did not appreciate wasting my time and gas to drive all the way out there to pick up my ready pistol, only to be refused because the gunsmith had been given the day off. It does not take a trained gunsmith to hand a pistol to a customer. That was just laziness. We'll see if they try to have this comment deleted. Other than that, it's a good place to shoot which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. read more

This place is great for anyone who needs practice with a handgun. They have everything you need from gun rentals, ammo, targets, etc. You may also bring in your own gun(s), ammo, targets, etc. I HIGHLY suggest you buy your own ammo and targets. I did suffer from sticker shock when the total was almost $50 without gun rental...one paper target is $9/each. Nonetheless, the guys there are cool and helpful. The lanes fill up quickly especially with carry permit classes on weekends. Call ahead or go early in the morning between 9-10 a.m. to ensure a lane is open. read more

I enjoy the range and the staff is nice. The class and lady who instructed was nice and easy going. That is until it was time to qualify and in the middle qualifying I am told to shoot one handed. NO WAY! I flat out refused and this girl got on some power trip "You have to shoot like the instructor tells you" - MIDDLE OF QUALIFYING she wants me to start using one hand when I have never done that before and felt very uncomfortable doing. I refused and she still wanted to give me lip about it. I qualified ultimately with both hands on the gun but she screwed me over because I was then upset and lost focus in the middle of qualifying - maybe it is in the law, I have to shoot the way she wants but I sure cannot find anything requiring me to shoot one handed...nor would a good range monitor require such an act from someone inexperienced in that kind of shooting without proper instruction or training. What happens when someone complies and gets hurt? read more
