Out of at least 20 companies we reached out to, they were the only company that would come on site and evaluate the project. I set up an appointment with Marcos, the owner, and he was so nice, helpful and had excellent advice. He took the time to help construct a solution that would stand the test of time and had a low failure rate. This made me realize that the other contractors would have failed in installing this massive mirror (almost 9'x5'). We had a few blips along the way and he had to install 2 mirrors and had ordered another one due to manufacturer's defects. This was devastating to both of our timelines but the team - Marcos, Josh and Diane - were so professional and reassuring about it all. They knew this would be completed at 100% of our expectations and nothing less. They must have come here half a dozen times to quell any concerns. And, Diane was so nice over the phone. We worked a lot with Josh for the follow up appointments and he is a perfectionist. He made sure the wall was ready for the initial and follow up installs as when you take a mirror down, it can be messy and can also rip down part of the wall too. We also had a 3D bump out which made it more challenging. He and his counterpart measured everything over and over and took his time installing. We are thrilled with the end result. They knew they could do this and they certainly did. They are not the cheapest but they are the most thorough and make sure the project is done to satisfaction. Whether you have an easy project or a tough one, this is the company I'd absolutely trust and recommend.

Had to have all my floors ripped up…read moreand reinstalled 2 years in - I was out of my house for two weeks and had to move out for it. 4 years later I found mold in my shower wall where they removed the enclosure for the new floors and put it back. It was confirmed to be Aspergillus penicillin per their air quality vendor and they told me it could be washed with water and soap, and everything could be put back (not replaced). They only did a visual inspection of what I uncovered and refused to go further by opening walls to locate a start and end to the growth area. I believe they pay their vendors to do bare minimum and uncover as little as possible to protect their financial losses. They will cut corners wherever they can during construction and band aid after you find BIG issues because they don't want to take accountability. They won't even apologize so save yourself the financial burden and stress. Go with a company that cares about families and their forever homes. We had a home built by Jones Homes at Twin Lakes in St. Cloud. Their commitment to their customers…read moreis appalling! They are quick to take your money, but uncooperative about fulfilling their duty as the builder. It took forever to get construction issues resolved. Some never got resolved. We have noticeable drainage issues on our back yard. I asked multiple issues to have it looked at...it is clearly graded incorrectly. Our back yard is a swimming pool when it rains (neither of the neighbors' yards are like this). The crap (yes, crap) "grass" they put in the back yard is completely weeds. There were more than 1" gaps between the sod pieces when they laid it. Now the entire yard is literally just weeds and it is very uneven from the gaps between the sod pieces. They left all sorts of trash (broken plastic, bottle caps, small pieces of roofing, etc.) in the back yard. I raked it for months to get all the crap out of it. During construction, I visited the site and the construction crew had in one of the toilets and didn't flush because there was no water hooked up! Swear to god this is a true story! I have the pics to prove it. The construction crew also didn't appropriately cover the shower drain holes during construction. We have had to have plumbers over multiple times and they pull construction trash out of the drains (tile spacers, small pieces of drywall, hunks of grout, nails). There are just so many things...too much to mention. We paid more for this home than I ever thought I would pay for a home in my lifetime. It has been nothing g but disappointment. The only thing worse than their construction practices is their management of their communities!! What a joke that is!! Think twice before using a large builder that could give two shits about you and your satisfaction. They get your money on the front end and then make it impossible to get your problems/concerns resolved.
