He asked a few specific questions about the door to see if it was possible to do the install. Once it was determined it could be done, he sent me a link to the glass insert manufacturer he uses to make my choice. I contacted Chuck a couple of days later with my choice. He texted me the price of the door and his installation fee. He was able to set up an appointment the next morning for the install. He arrived on time, was polite and got right to work. He was done and in about 30 minutes and had the door back on the hinges. I am very happy with my choice and Chuck's workmanship. I would highly recommend his work.

Out of at least 20 companies we reached out to, they were the only company that would come on site and evaluate the project. I set up an appointment with Marcos, the owner, and he was so nice, helpful and had excellent advice. He took the time to help construct a solution that would stand the test of time and had a low failure rate. This made me realize that the other contractors would have failed in installing this massive mirror (almost 9'x5'). We had a few blips along the way and he had to install 2 mirrors and had ordered another one due to manufacturer's defects. This was devastating to both of our timelines but the team - Marcos, Josh and Diane - were so professional and reassuring about it all. They knew this would be completed at 100% of our expectations and nothing less. They must have come here half a dozen times to quell any concerns. And, Diane was so nice over the phone. We worked a lot with Josh for the follow up appointments and he is a perfectionist. He made sure the wall was ready for the initial and follow up installs as when you take a mirror down, it can be messy and can also rip down part of the wall too. We also had a 3D bump out which made it more challenging. He and his counterpart measured everything over and over and took his time installing. We are thrilled with the end result.
