They got my house couldn't get the new fobs to work but said they programmed them. They also said if I didn't pay them for fobs that didn't work they would unprogram the one I had that did work. Would never call them again or recommend their services. When I heard that this was the company that was coming to rescue me I looked them up on Yelp while I was waiting and was very impressed with the reviews. But I also know that sometime a business enlists reviews from friends and employees just to look good. Well, I think these reviews are the real deal because my experience was excellent. The driver was willing to come to my motel at I-40 and Bell to pick me up and take me to my car, which I had had to leave late the night before in front of the laundromat. When I came out of the laundromat I couldn't find my keys anywhere and it was dark. An employee. gave me a ride to the motel and I was going to call either the Chevy dealer or the rental company to rescue me. Then the light bulb went off and I remembered I had AAA! So I called them the next morning. The guy picked me up and took me to my car at the Georgia Laundry and in a jiffy he had used a Slim Jim to get in the driver door. I was very impressed that he put tape on the edges of the car so that when he slipped the metal through it wouldn't damage the car. I would have appreciated this with my own car but I did so even more since it was a rental. Within 5 minutes I had located my keys in the daylight. While he was working he told me that if I couldn't find my keys they would send a van out that would make me a new key. We didn't get into what the price of that would be but it was nice to know it was an option. The driver couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. We needed to get into a storage room in a house we just purchased, and they couldn't pick the lock. They ended up drilling out the old lock and replacing the handle. The total cost was $135, and the owner was extremely rude when I questioned him about it. The total time took 5 hours, and they charged us $30 for a doorknob I could have purchased at Walmart for $10. I'm incredibly unhappy with the whole experience and I hope I can save someone else the time and money by telling you to go to anyone besides Slim Jim's. read more
