The classes are small, typically more than 6-8 students and so you get very individual attention. Lisa is a great teacher, patient, precise in her direction, always looking to see whether you're exhibiting correct form. Also I learned about diastasis which is when your stomach muscles split while pregnant. Thanks to Lisa I managed to avoid that fate. Beyond the great instruction, I've found her classes to be a real community. I've had such great support and encouragement from other classmates, especially the moms in the class. It was like they were rooting for me all the way to have a great pregnancy experience. Lisa also runs potlucks and clothing swaps among her students and in general just makes the atmosphere fun and more than just about exercise.

I had a previous bad experience at a different clinic, and I was super nervous to see another doctor in the city. Dr. Kostant was super kind and informative. The office is really clean and comfortable; there is a nice selection of beverages you can enjoy. I would mention if the strings to your IUD are missing prior to your appointment, because there is some medication that you can take beforehand that can help with that process. I was still able to take the medicine during my appointment, and Dr. Kostant made the time for me to complete my procedure the same day. I was able to use laughing gas and local anesthesia for my procedure, which was definitely an interesting experience. I have a follow-up appointment scheduled in two weeks, and I am sure I will be all set for the next 10 years!

Over the course of several decades; I visited dozens of people, in almost as many Hospitals. So I can confidently write this review based on actual experience and not emotion. From the moment you arrive on the property you'll notice it's well laid out in a logical and convenient manner for visitors, usually family, who are already stressed. There's plenty of free parking near the several entrances. The Security Dept personnel are extremely courteous, professional, and reassuring; explaining procedures and giving directions to the various locations, in a very pleasant manner. The staff at the Nurse's Station acknowledge you when you arrive. Unlike many places, where you could stand there indefinitely while they stare at their computer monitors; without the slightest inkling of proper guest relations. IF, it was the other way around I'm certain these same people would be raging "Karen's"! The food service Dept. delivers meals that are on par with a four star hotel restaurant . There are actual ceramic dishes, no plastic plates or styrofoam glasses, knives and forks like a real restaurant, again no plastic sporks. The tray is artistically set, as opposed to haphazardly arranged. They realize that when you are in the hospital, there's not much else to do; so food is one of those things you can actually look forward to and enjoy. So, after a few visits; I can say everyone I've encountered has been exceptionally professional, helpful, and courteous. The fact is, there's no scientific proof that acupuncture does anything and yet billions of human beings throughout the ages have been healed miraculously from everything from cancer to sprained ligaments to headaches, asthma, anxiety, critical illnesses and even seizures. My right hand ring finger was being pulled in at almost 90 degrees towards my palm. My consultation with Dr. Konigsberg was very informative. He answered all my questions was not rushed. The day of the surgery, (Dec 31, 2025), went as scheduled with no surprises. Most amazing was the fact there was no pain or discomfort following the surgery. My ring finger is now perfectly straight.
