Terrible customer service and they lie about having equipment available. DO NOT GO HERE.

ALSO I was trying to do the financing through Saint John Energy and they are to reply to an email with the bill for the bike to Saint John Energy but 3 weeks went by and they never replied to Saint John Energy. Same thing happened to 2 of my friends. Only reason they get 2 stars is because the bikes are nice. REPLY TO FINANCING OR DON'T PARTICIPATE. And stop being arrogant dickheads.

I went to another shop near Boston Pizza... They must have thought I was a leper. I was in the shop for 20 minutes and no one even said hello! Totally different experience at Bike Works Adam spent a great deal of time talking with me about every thing I inquired about. Ended up getting a great bike two year is a row. Through out Adam has assisted in anything I have asked for going above and beyond every time.
