I brought them in on Tuesday and they were not waxed at all when I picked them up on Friday even though I was told they were tuned up I was lied to by the employee aside from the binding adjustment. I also dealt with a very rude employee on Thursday afternoon, I can't remember his name, however he was very honest just extremely rude. They pick you up directly at the cruise terminal. We got lucky & were the only ones so it turned into a private tour of 3 adults & 2 twelve year olds. The owner, Deanna is a retired teacher & rattled off all kinds of local history on our 30 minute ride to Dipper Harbor. Matthew the instructor was very patient with the kiddos & very helpful teaching us how to use the rudder since none of us had gone sea kayaking before. They were also kind enough to add a stop to Tim Hortons & a scenic drive & overlook of the Reversing Falls. They are a small operation so must book over the phone.
