He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and not at all pushy! He even remembered me from browsing the previous day! He knew our needs and did well with guiding us in the right direction. Will definitely recommend JIM from Unclaimed Freight again!! Our first experience was very poor. I honestly had sworn to never shop there again! I don't even remember our salesman from the time but he was very inexperienced. We had picked out and purchased 3 twin bed sets for our kids. After paying we were told to drive around back to the garage door to load the beds. We sat back there for 20-30 mins with no one showing up to open the door. My husband walked around to the front of the store only to be told they didn't have the beds in stock and that they will be in within the week. Having to order them was fine but not the fact that we were waiting to be loaded and no one came to say anything! Communication to the customers and within the store was pitiful. Things have seemed to improve over the year. Will most likely check them out first next time if Jim is there.

We picked our dream living room furniture and was told 6-8 week for delivery, perfect as we had just closed on our new home. After waiting the 6 weeks we called and was told it may be here by OCTOBER. That's almost 6 months since we ordered. No one informed us that these pierces of furniture are only ASSEMBLED in America. I would cancel this order but it's what I wanted in my new space for my disabled husband and a place for my best friend with stage 4 cancer to be comfortable but now they cannot even come visit, so I have lawn furniture and a hammock as furniture in my living room. I am beyond disappointed and will hire a local Amish furniture builder who will take 6 months but each piece will be made here in the USA.

So I guess 1 out of 3 is not bad. Not as good as Meatloaf's song Two Out of Three Ain't Bad. But still. I asked about this in the store. They said it was marketing, exactly why my wife wanted to go there. Grrrr. We ended up buying a couch. The problem is the cost of delivery. Delivery is VERY expensive in town. I was stunned at the $50 fee to deliver.
