It was very similar to every other yogurt shop I've been to, just with less options. I was really disappointed that they didn't have the traditional tart yogurt. Shouldn't that be standard?! What kind of froyo place doesn't serve traditional tart yogurt- blasphemy! In all seriousness, the other flavors were still good and they had a decent variety of toppings- sweets, cereals, fruits, and stuff to drizzle on top. There is ample seating both indoor and out. AND the cashier was so sweet. Me and my friend were there till past closing but she just let us sit outside and even came out to collect our trash- so sweet. Furthermore, it was very very affordable. They calculate the price based on weight and in NYC (where I'm from), I usually pay about 6-7$ for my cup. One star because frozen yogurt is tasty, but the girl they have working the counter has terrible manners! She's the type of person who takes her job WAY too seriously. Today my nephew was getting his yogurt and he had a little trouble flipping the handle back up and some of the yogurt came out at the bottom of the machine (where the crates are-that are mean to catch the yogurt!!! Because these things happen) and she came running over there freaking out saying "LIFT THE HANDLE UP YOU HAVE TO LOFT HE HANDLE UP!" Poor guy got scared. The last time we came before that she looked at my sister while weighing the yogurt and in a real rude tone said "you can take this off now". Every time we go in there she is the one working and she manages to always be rude! So she needs to be replaced pronto read more

Tried this place out last week with my daughters. There wasn't very many flavors of froyo to choose from but the flavors they had all sounded yummy! My kids each got the strawberry lemonade flavor with sprinkles and candy and it was perfect consistency and my kids loved it. I got a mix of the dark chocolate and cookies and cream flavors and neither one was adequately frozen and so they were really really soupy...I didn't finish it (because personally I think melted ice cream is gross) but other then that our experience was really good. The staff was really nice, the store was clean and there was plenty of yummy toppings to choose from. We'll definitely go to smackers again :) read more

This place definitely has the best creamy and savory yogurt in town. Their strawberry, vanilla, belgian cookie, cookies and cream are creamy, smooth, and no weird aftertaste. Their toppings are excellent with these exceptionally tasty giant Gummi bear's and some tasty mini Gummi bear's as well. They have tons of candy choices, but oddly enough, they don't have rainbow sprinkles. Also, I wish they had graham cracker crumble given all their savory flavors. I'd give them five stars if they had California tart which I thought was a staple for every yogurt place. I'd eat there daily if they did.
