Most recently, I made an online appointment and prepaid the $300.00 for him to do our tax return. We met face to face on March 24th, had a very pleasant exchange of info and he said the returns would be ready the following Monday the 30th. On March 31st I called the office and asked if they were ready and the receptionist said she would get back to me and never did. On April 3rd I called again and she promised she would call me back and never did. Our return is pretty simple as we take the standard deduction. I had to get them done another way. Over 10 years ago I had the same experience but wanted to give him another chance. I really can't figure out why this is the case... Wasted my time and money and frustrated. Never again.
