Andy, the owner of Richmond Motorcycle Parts, truly listened to my concerns about my bike and made recommendations to fix it appropriately. Andy goes above and beyond in terms of service. On Christmas Eve my motorcycle broke down at a local gas station. Although he was within minutes of closing his shop, he came to my location, loaded the bike on his trailer, and took it to my house. I made a contribution to a charity on Andy's behalf being that he refused payment for this task. I would recommend Richmond Motorcycle shop to anyone who rides as they are trustworthy and fairly priced. Richmond Motorcycle Parts special ordered a shift lever for my bike just recently. Again, the price was within reason for the parts.
